This has me worried, since she hasn't answered yet!!! Maybe she pm'd you to tell you in private how horrid I am?!?!

But I will let you know that Elin is just as nice a lady in person as she is here on the thread. We met for coffee during some of the free time I had today, in between my Monday runnings around. It was only for 45 minutes or so, definitely not enought time! I did notice that we both have Mickey Mouse watches. This must be another DDA thing. Who all has one?

I do. I got one at WDW in 1989, and it just "died" in 2004. I got myself another during my March 2005 trip.

I bought the lightweight bottoms that Children's Place has on clearance. Then we bought coordinating color t-shirts, in a size 6-8 do that they are a little big, at AC Moore. Terra has about 15 designs picked out for the 3 shirts! We need to do a little narrowing own I think.
thanks. Maybe I will try Michaels for the shirts.

Okay so Denice was the Disney DDA.
So now we just need to figure our who crush and wdwfanz is. any one have any guess I know we thought it was Paul but he denied it. Would he actually tell us if it was him?

Just got home. Haven't read anything, and I'm cooking dinner. I'll catch up later, but I wanted to let you know Rees did very well today. He was great at the hospital for all the exam, questions, etc. He got extremely upset when we went to the Lab for bloodwork. The anesthesiologist was so nice. She is ordering a huge dose of Versed (happy juice) first thing when we arrive Friday am. Since he is refluxing again, he will have to be put to sleep with an IV instead of gas. She knew that would upset him a ton, so they'll have him loopy before they try it.

Thanks for all the prayers today. I really appreciate it.
That's great, Denise. I'm glad Rees is being a real trooper.

Elin and I had our own mini meet today.

P.S.....where can I get some happy juice???

Oh, and please keep him in your prayers tomorrow around 2-3pm. We have to go to the hospital for his pre-op admission, blood work, etc. He is already worried, and I know it's going to bother him.

Thanks!

Tink - Bob's freaking out that a "stranger" offered to take me grocery shopping at Disney in September.

I did! I even told him that someone that tells me the ages of their family members, where they are staying, what vehicle they are renting and gives me their address in Hawaii isn't a stranger. :) He's freakin' me out!

Can anyone going on the May DDA trip bring me back a set of park maps please?
Sure. Hey Kate, put this on the list!

Chanon - your meatloaf that I screwed up makes yummy meatloaf sandwiches!

Speaking of the dryer trick - I managed to stretch my straps :cheer2: but a little too much :sad1: :rotfl:

I put them round the back of the shoe like Julia suggested which would have been fine if I'd then taken them back off and put them round my heel while they were still warm, but I left them round the back of the shoe till they cooled down and now they're a little too stretched!

Oh well at least I can wear the straps now - but they're not exactly holding my foot in the shoe :rotfl:

Love that design BTW I just saw them on ebay :thumbsup2

Sorry to hear you stretched them too much, wonder if there is a way to shrink them back

Thanks Tammi and Kate!
...glad you liked the meatloaf! I'm suprised you had some left over! :) I always make extra "gravy" for mashed potatoes. I learned after first making the meatloaf that I needed a grease separater for it. I bought one the next day!

I told Theresa I would post a pic of Pal Mickey...he arrived this afternoon and is getting ready for bed now.
