Well, you fall pretty high on my list. Everyone here does. I'd rate you as a better friend than most of my immediate neighbors. Even though you (and the rest of us) can be sarcastic, it's all in good fun, and I hope everyone knows that. It makes me feel more like a family here with the teasing! Another reason to love the DDA: more family than you can shake a stick at!

You're so sweet Glynis. And I only tease and pick on people I really, really like!

But, all these comments about my not looking pregnant at 28 weeks is cracking me up...I'm telling you, it's trick photography!!! Thanks though!

Julie and I didn't really give Kate a choice...we told her what we're bringing, so you do the same!

Here's what I remember:

Kate: hamburgers, hot dogs, beverages (REGULAR coke or pepsi please! )
Julie: appetizer, pasta salad
me: cole slaw, dessert (probably brownies), chips
you: we nominated you for tye dye cupcakes, but only if you feel like making them again ...and anything else you feel like making!

Carli was SO excited to tell Dave that Alyssa is saying REAL words!!!!

She was asleep before I hit 75 and I had to wake her up at 4:30 to make sure she'd go back down for bed (at 9) tonight. I really hope Matthew is just as cooperative when it comes to sleeping!

And I'm glad that Carli didn't feel "ignored" today!

what problems have you had?

When I first got it - it had a problem with the power connection and it took them 3 shots to get it right - then it just stopped working one day -

I used to work in a school and all the kids had to have toshiba laptops and there was not a kid in school who didn't have their laptop sent out for service in the first year they had it

Well, it seems my husband wants to play on the computer tonight, though I just stalled him by asking him to make me a homemade version of UDF's orange cream freeze.

I really should get Alyssa's birthday thank you notes in the mail this week too...
