That is the time I decided to go see Glynis!! I would love to take another Pal Mickey with me.
Shh!! Don't tell anyone else but Glynis says it's not to far from her house to Disneyland so I am looking at doing that as a surprise trip when/if we go visit her!! I refuse to have another birthday stink!! SO many choices to make before I can finalize July. But you all are so sweet and lift my spirits just coming on here. I love the idea of a Very Merry UnDisney Day....most of our DVD's are Disney so that might be hard to choose from but I wonder if you and I couldn't figure something out Vicki for me to borrow those DVD's?

You just let me know when you are planning it and I'll send them to you a week before that. I'm the only one that watches them here.

Heard from the GI doc. His regular nurse is out today. He is on-call in the hospital this week, but wants to see Rees Monday. I'm not happy about waiting that long. If Rees has another bad episode, I'll go to the ER so I can our doctor sooner and possibly get admitted. I hope he understands how bad it is, but I'll make sure he does Monday. Then we'll get the test and surgery. May be longer than what I want. Going the route of the ER may be our best alternative.

I wish it was sooner, as I know that you do, but I'm glad that there is at least a plan. Prayers that you won't have an ER-worthy night before Monday and that after that things can move more quickly.

You make me exhausted just reading about all you do - where do you find the time???
I only hope I can live up to the DDA standards!!! LOL!

Haven't read anything this am. Good morning! On our way to school. Rees slept through the night. Said he feels better this am, but the first thing he asked me was to take him to the doctor to make his tummy feel better. I have a call in to the GI doc. I'll let you know when I find out any more details. Thanks again for all the prayers.

So glad to hear he slept thru, Please let me know if there is anything you need or that I can do!!! Let us know what the doc says!!!

This is a different site, but they mail out a free magazine every other month. It's a nice magazine with coupons and recipes with foods you actually have in your fridge and pantry. Compliments of Kraft Foods!

I think I have every magazine from the past two years. I use these more than my cookbooks. Especially for ideas because they are so simple.

Vicki, I would love to see those DVD's! We have never been to WDW and I get SO lost sometimes when you all talk about things that are foreign to me.

Maybe, we'll just have to start a travelin' DVD club. Actually, I really don't mind sending them for people to see. When you are ready for them, pm me your address and I'm happy to ship them to you.

Thanks for the recipe. I will definitely give this a try. It will have to wait until next week though as Passover starts tonight. I could easily subsitute use Matzo Meal and make sure all the other ingredients were kosher for Passover. The only one I am not sure on is the onion soup mix. I can't wait to try it. And yes, mashed potatoes and green bean are what we have with it as well.

You could probably use the OSEM brand kosher for passover soup mix.

Ok, I have t-shirts ordered for Pal Mickey. Didn't know what colors he needed for his trip with the DDA but I've ordered 2 black, 2 red, 2 blue, 2 purple, 2 green & 4 white. I got a black, red, blue, purple, green & white t-shirts for the other two Pal Mickey's as well as a blue, black & grey pair of boxers for all three. I'm donating these to the DDA travelin' Pals. Denise & Theresa, I hope you don't mind. This is something I would like to do and you both have young ones at home. If this bothers you, let me know.

I've requested that Kate come up with an original Kate design for one of the shirts so the boys have one matching to start. Does anyone else have any ideas? Or should we just send them blank and see what you all come up with when they get to your place? That was Denise's suggestion for the autograph pages which I think is a great one. We figure you are all creative and will come up with something yourselves.
Theresa, I ordered all the things you requested as well. I had it shipped to me. I'll ship to Kate (as soon as I know what she needs) and you & Denise when they get here. The white t-shirts are supposed to be within 2-4 days. The others said there was a delay and would be 7-10 days.

We need to get at least one of these guys on the way soon as there are people waiting!!!

I think they need tie dye shirts....and since I didn't give myself blue melons the last time I tie dyed I would like to do it. Unless Kate wants to do it. We got a green at the tie dye place that is lime green!! Vicki work on the travel schedule for the boys and I will happily send mine on his merry way. I am going to put a disposable camera in with mine as I am not as tech savvy as you all and would love pic's for the girls to see without waiting until mom gets better on the computer. Do we need one for the other 2? I did win 3 cameras awhile back and I could donate them.

I am sorry. It stinks when they give you the look.

Maybe you can have a Disney party at the house one day. You and the girls can make decorations and cookies, shirts (our non-trip to Disney) etc. Then when DH gets home you could watch your favorite Disney movie in your decorated room/house and snack on cookies. You could talk about your favorite rides and thing to do, write then in a log and set it aside for when you do get to go to WDW.

PD and prayers that your trip to WDW will come sooner than later.

Oh my gosh! I so used to do this during my college years. I would go out and rent all the Disney movies that I loved but didn't own, I'd spend the day before making cookie dough and munchies, and then the entire next day, my friends and I would watch Disney movies and eat raw cookie dough, chips dips, etc. DH won't let me do that now. But, I do get my Disney fix with our movie nights each Sunday night. That's when our entire family watches one Disney movie with popcorn, root beer floats and a special dessert. It's become a fun thing that my kids don't want to give up. Hooray! They are as Disney obsessed as I am!

They are great. They take you to every attraction around the park and show you some of each attraction, parade and show. Mickey and the gang are the tour guides featured in the Magic Kingdom one. The MGM one has a reporter following a couple around that are supposed to be famous or something. The Animal Kingdom one is led by Journey Jack, a world travelling tour guide. Can't remember who they had in Epcot. I'll be watching later tonight and can post that. I'll pull up the menus from each to give you a little more detail as I've only watched them and haven't looked at the extras other than the trivia track.

I got the 5-DVD pack that included one for each WDW park and one for Disneyland as well. We also bought the LaNouba DVD after we saw that show. Talk about amazing!!!

You got me past the slump that I was in. You did a great job!!! I am trying to start exercising but the weather hasn't been very nice. I did buy some pilates tapes a few years ago after seeing it on TV and thought it would be great. After the talk about it on here in the last day or so, I'm thinking about pulling them out and giving it a try.

I was thinking about putting in a disposable camera as well. I'm sure alot of places that he visits will have digital cameras and I'm hoping they'll post pictures during his trip. I was thinking about starting a thread for each one when they start their journeys. Then people can make sure he posts his adventures while he is with them. What do you think?

Join the club! Of course, you could come to the World in January to do the half marathon with us, and then we'd be able to meet each other and see the World at the same time.

Sometimes I get a little overwhelmed as I realize that although I know DL like the back of my hand, I know nothing about WDW. I can't wait to learn, though!
