How late did you cancel the air part? Did they charge you anything? and did you keep the rest of your package? Did you have insurance through Disney?

The airfare through Disney is the same price as the Delta website. I could get it there and keep an eye out for cheaper through AirTran. If the price goes down, I could cancel and change plans.

I don't remember right off hand, but I can give you an estimate We booked the package in July, and I think switched to airtran in about August. So a few months after booking, but still a few months before the trip.

I cancelled the rental car about 3 weeks before the trip though, with no penalty.

And no, I did not have the insurance (any).

I have a thingy between my toes thing too.....flip flops are so cute but eeeeech!!!

I used to be like that and then a couple of years ago I bought some at GAP and wore them and loved them, then they disappeared so I bought more at Old Navy and love them.

Thanks, Jen! I may go ahead then. Disney has the same price as Delta. Then I can wait for AirTran to release December dates and hopefully get a cheaper price. Appreciate the help.

Speaking of ice cream - Paul read on another thread that there is a pineapple sherbert sold only at Walmart that is the best mimmick of a Dole Whip. So my honey bought me some and bought some pineapple juice... after dinner we're going to make Dole Whip floats and turn off the lights, close our eyes and turn on the Wishes CD... hopefully the next best thing to being there!!!


(well its way cheaper anyway!)

So I came home from getting Ellie at school and found a bag that said, “Open me Paula”.

Inside was a bottle of Parrot Bay (cool looking bottle) and a small bouquet of flowers with a note.

I just talked to a payless about 20 minutes away and they have these - so you can check at your payless for them!! No one has the ones for julia but she said she is unpacking a shipment and I should check back!!
