quiet morning!!

when I told my MIL where we were going my FIL said - you know there are other places you can go on vacation -

and then they asked if this meant we were cancelling our trip to Disneyland in the fall?!? what does that have to do with this?

Hi Rosiejo!!

I'm up in the middle of the night! Printing out the designs to make shirts tomorrow night for our trip on Tues.

Plus doing work. Being up in the middle of the night doing work is nothing new. Usually I'm not on DDA while I'm doing it because I have to focus. But tonight I have WDW/DCL brain and don't want to focus on my work. Must be why it's taking me longer than it should.

Plus, DBF is blaring Jimmy Buffet while he packs and it's a bit hard to focus. (I packed everything but our shirts-to-be-made last night). He is very ready for Pirates in the Caribbean Night. He keeps running in and saying "AAAAARRRRR!!"

I'm home today. Figure if I give my ankle another day of bed rest, with no walking through my office, just kept it up, in the brace, in the compression stocking, taking my pills... ,aybe, just maybe, I would be able to walk a block by the end of the week. (in the brace! the brace doesn't come off except for the shower..)

Thanks, but I feel far from it. Some of the stuff is really HARD! That's why I was so pleased with the walk-through type tutorials... we'll see if I could do anything that on my own without someone holding my hand! I might just stick to putting clipart and words together, with a few bevels or shadows

It is a really great way to learn the program, though! But I can't ever get over how much you can do with it!

Hi, everyone!

My in-law's were in town this weekend, so I wasn't around. A bit ironic, after all of the MIL talk! I can totally empathize Jennifer - and any changes/action have to come from your DH. My DH laid down the boundaries before we were even married with his mother, and I've always been extremely grateful for that - particularly in light of some of the issues my SIL has with my MIL! Mine are great people - but just sometimes see things differently than I am used to. Fortunately, we had a virtually pain-free weekend, so that is over and done with, and everybody's still happy!

To all those not feeling well - hope you get better soon!

Kate - love the new designs!! I enjoy seeing yours (and everyone else's) new ideas posted in here.

Congrats to those with trips to plan - I'm a bit jealous! We still have some DVC points we can use for a quick get-away, but I know that won't happen until sometime in 2007, as our vacation time is pretty much spoken for this year. That's somewhat depressing, so I will just have to live vicariously through each of you. And I say, you go on those trips! Many of my friends don't understand (and my family is beginning to question) our desire to go all the time, but don't let them deter you from what makes you happy! I have friends that will go to Vegas several times a year, so I just liken my WDW need to their gambling addiction!
