Unfortunately my children both sound like they are going to cough up a lung -

I REALLY want to send Julia to school but I am just not sure - they both seem better right now - maybe it was the morning dryness - I do know that we will not be spending any time outside :guilty:

:guilty: Well, at least you can have your windows open maybe? And it looks like it's supposed to be upper 60's for several days... so hopefully soon! :wizard:

When we booked our December trip, the airfare offered with the package was ~$180pp, from Cincinnati -- which is downright miraculous! I booked it, but ended up switching when AirTran released their fares. But I think they provide some really great deals! And the dining plan is WELL worth the money, IMO!

Thanks for the reminder! I need to get them done as well but I need to order the treats first. I love Oriental Trading, I figured out with the stuff I order, enough for 24 bags, that they will cost about $1.10 a bag.

What games are you thinking of playing?

Still finalizing the games, but I think I've narrowed it down to a sucker pull, Pin the Nose on JoJo, and Dinky's Peanut Toss (create a cut-out of Dinky and add a couple holes where the kids can try to throw circus peanuts through :) )

Other games I had considered was Hot Po-Tater and Trina's tightrope (kinda like musical chairs but using a 2 x 4 board instead of chairs). But, I don't feel like worrying about music (the party's at our church, not our house), so I knocked these games off my list.

Our treat bags are actually paper popcorn bags I bought from Oriental Trading Co.

Amy :)

My mom got me "The Essential Journey" 2-disc set for Christmas... I LOVE it! :rolleyes1 :rotfl:

OK, here's the deal with Journey. Last fall while the White Sox were on their way to winning the World Series, the team motto was "Don't Stop Believing!" (Some of you may remember I had it posted in my siggie for awhile last year). The team adopted the Journey song (and Steve Perry for that matter) and you heard it everywhere!!Anyway, the CD made its way into my car and I never took it out. When I driving around and kind find a good station, I pop the CD in.

Ironically, Kyle HATES listening to me sing in the car. He will kick the back of my seat and scream "All done!!!!!!!!" but when Journey comes on, he yells "Sing Please!!!" :rotfl:

I was laughing so hard that Kyle tore himself away from the Backyardigans to run down the hall to the den and say "What happened Mommy?"

That sounds like my almost 2yr old. She will cover my mouth and say "Noooooo!" I can't even sing things like Itsy Bitsy Spider. My eldest however had me singing lullaby's until she was 5.

Holy cow. That seems awfully expensive for 3 of you. Are you going during the highest season?
