Tammi -- did you get an AP rate on your room in May? We have never had a problem checking in with a voucher. In fact, the ONLY time I was ever asked to see my AP was when I had a voucher. All the other times we have had AP discounts they have never asked. I usually ask them if they would like to see my AP

Thanks Elin. Yes, we got the AP rate. I hope they accept the voucher, as it will save me alot of running around.

Glynis thank you for the shortbread recipe. I will have to try this while DH is at his class. I get much more done at night when he is gone.

Well, from DL to our house is about 10 hours. I don't know how long it would take from where you are. You know, we ought to plan a DDA meet at DL for all us West coasters. There are a few of us in UT, CA, OR, ID, CO, etc. Then maybe we wouldn't feel so badly about not going in May.

Here is a picture of my Camp Fire group that I took to Bozo's Circus 12 years ago. Jonathan is on the bottom row second from the right. Tickets were impossible to get to Bozo...my mother knew all the guys in the show...so I went a bunch of times as a kid.

I need to head back to my laundry too. And a half a bottle of Spray and Wash later I ask myself why oh why do I buy a 5 year old white shirts???

We have shout, toddler time, oxyclean sprayer, and 3 others. Sometimes I think I should have them eat in a poncho.

I've been pleased with it. It worked well last December, and I like how he is doing each day individually this year.

Speaking of TGM - I used him last trip and thought his advise was fantastic [apart from the Dumbo incident... ] I'm thinking of signing up again this year but wanted to check - has he added Soarin and EE into proper touring plans yet?

This kid is out of his mind...he wants to take a laptop, AND his huge desktop computer, a little fridge, etc etc etc...the dorm rooms are the size of my bath room...

More advice from a BeenThereDoneThat Mom. Take the laptop (we got her a desktop and she has very little desk space now). Wait until he gets a room mate and THEN divvy up the things they need like refirigerator, microwave, rug, TV, etc. Most places you mentioned have Walmarts or Targets and you can purchase these things AFTER you get him there at the same price that it would cost you at home.

Once Amy moves, we'll get her on the motivation and support thread. Then I can send her motivational pm's every once in a while. She'll get so tired of hearing from me, that she'll do some pages just to get rid of me!!!!

Alyssa had her two year doctor's visit today...our baby is 33 inches tall and 25 pounds. I can't believe she's getting so big!

We always get a picture of her sitting in Minnie's chair when we're in Toontown (I know Kate does this too! ).

First trip to WDW--October 2004--6 months old

First trip to DL--May 2005--13 months old

Second trip to WDW--October 2005--18 months old

Third trip to WDW--March 2006--almost 24 months old

Hopefully Matthew will get to go as often as Alyssa has in his first two years of life!

I love it!!! Those are great pictures of Alyssa!!! It's nice to see them in the same place as they grow!!!

I can't get over the difference between 18 mos and 2 years. You definitely don't have a baby anymore....you've got a toddler!
