Elizabeth on getting your flights. Now hurry up bidding time and that your DH can get the dates you want.

That is the BIG hurdle. If he can't get either week then things around here are going to be very tense. He said yesterday "What if I can take my weeks back to back and stay the whole time with you & DS?" He says things like that just to bait me. In August he was griping that 9 nights was too long and he doesn't want to do that again. Then he said he loves Disney but he gets tired of it being the topic of conversation ALL the time. OK, if he loves Disney then 9 nights is FINE. If he can't get a week and he refuses to ask anyone to trade then he needs to ask to have 4 days back-to-back and DS and I won't stay quite so long.

First of all, that's odd that you can't pay his fee with your credit card?!?! That would mean a family can't just book together in one shot.

Second, great news from the diagnostician! I hope you see the improvement he needs soon. I'm glad that he can still skip non-school days.

For whatever reason when I book all of us under one itinerary it works to pay with my card. This got wonky because the AA miles are in DS's name and not connected to my account. I knew that was going to happen. I'm glad it happened while the system was down so it didn't cost me $15, though!

Rees has done very well since surgery. He has been in pain, but the medicines do relieve it. He is still on the IV as he's not drinking very much. He will be on a soft diet for at least a week. He did eat a few bites of scrambled eggs and yogurt this morning. Right now he is watching videos of our Disney trips and resting. The surgeon came by and said he looked very good and should be able to go home tomorrow.

As soon as my DD gets back with the kids, we are going to work on the grocery list. I have all of the ingredients for my game day jambalya. And what a game!

I'll be thinking of you Jen. No trash talk from me. We're in last place and both of our coach's kids are in jail.

My DGS wants to wear his Eagles sweatsuit and Eagles Crocs. My DGD is going to wear her Cowboy jersey. I'll have to call and make sure my youngest grandson is in his Eagles jersey. My SIL will be Cowboys head to toe. It should be an interesting time.

I'm going to mimic Lindsay and create a gigantic to do list.

Stephanie took me to a very nice Dinner Theater and we saw 'Tons of Money'
Good food and the play was hysterical. I haven't laughed that much in a long time. They didn't have Sangria so we had our second favorite wine Pinot Grigio.

Your Jambalya is absolutely fantastic. Yes, this is going to be a good game. I predict lots of **@#%$^*** coming out of Hal's office if the Eagles do not do good. The cats will be very jumpy if he does yell a lot

So Hal tells me he had a chance to have four Penn State tickets. He hates big crowds. HELLO!!!!! I told him that if he ever gets the chance again, I want the tickets. I will go and I am sure I could get a few other people to go with me. I love College football games. I love watching the people, the bands during halftime, just the whole excitement. He is just getting grumpy like his grandfather. Thank goodness I love him so much.

Guests are able to upgrade or modify their MYW tickets any time within 14 days of first use, regardless of whether the No Expiration Option is purchased. After 14 days no ticket modifications or upgrades may take place.

I am sorry I have been MIA, but my ticker has me in full-on panic mode. My stomach gets all in knots thinking of all I have yet to do. Thankfully, we're in town all weekend, so I'm going to get off here in a few moments and go make a colossal to do list, and see what all we can get accomplished this weekend!

Lindsay-good luck getting everything done.

Try not to stress over the trip. When you make that list be sure to PRIORITIZE and be willing to let some things go.

Ah! My receipt just came through, so I think we are good to go! Both ressies show "ticketed" status so DS's receipt should be along shortly. The lady who booked DS's ticket also said there is no change fee as long as it is just a date/time change and there are AAdvantage seats open so that makes me very happy.

And now I have DS's receipt! Yay! I booked us in aisle and window. Hopefully no bonehead will come along and book in the middle - that seat is for DH. If DH can't go we will move across the aisle where there are only 2 seats!

That all sounds so complicated. I hope using my Jet Blue rewards (assuming Amex eventually credits them to me) are easier to use.

Another thing to think of is that when you renew your pass again next year you will get the renewal price again-you won't have to pay for a brand new AP.

On top of everything else, today was my 180-day booking window for our early May trip! So, I was throwing together a schedule for that around 2 a.m. so I could book this morning! Fortunately, I've got everything covered, save for a couple of DTD restaurants that don't do the 180+10 booking thing.

What dates?

I still haven't made a reservation yet. I think I'll call this weekend. I'm thinking of May 3rd to May 10th. I haven't even thought of ADR's. I don't think I'll make too many as Emma is so picky. I'll have to do something for my birthday though on 5/6.

We are off to the zoo a little later today. Terra is SO excited about her Daddy coming with us. She's been talking about the possibility for months and now he actually is! She gets the biggest grin on her face whenever it is mentioned. She also gets to make something at Build-A-Bear at the zoo so it's even better. I'm thinking so Ted Drewes on the way home to top it all off will make it just perfect. (Wouldn't you agree, Jennifer. )

Hi all!
The kids and I all have head colds. Hopefully we'll all be better before Lizzy & I go away. And hopefully DH doesn't get it-he doesn't need to be sick while I'm gone.

I'm working on laundry. I have to tackle the pile that never got finished last week and we need to wash a few blankets that had been in storage as it is getting cold and I need to wash the kids winter coats.

I made cards for the Epcot countries for Lizzy & Halley. I was going to try Pat's passport but I already had these cards done and I wasn't up for figuring out something new.

I made 3 sets of Food & Wine cards-for Lizzy & I, Dorinda and her DH Ralph, and Terry & Halley. I had fleating thoughts of putting them on a ring with a decorated cover and back but I just don't have it in me to do that.

I made the T's for Terry, Halley, Terry's friend, Dorinda and Ralph but now I've got to make the Epcot T for Lizzy & I. The T's are washed and the design printed so it shouldn't take too long.

I put all our clothes for the trip aside when I put the summer stuff away but now I've got to figure out what warmer clothes to take. The forecast is for lows in the 50's. I don't know if 50's is just in the middle of the night but it sounds like we might need pants and long sleeves after sun goes down.

I think I need to make one more backup before I can erase all my memory sticks and I need to recharge all my batteries.

OK....off to work on more laundry and start packing.
