Yay for no swimming! ;)

Well, congratulations to you, too!!!! It's a DDA baby boom! :goodvibes

:yay: :yay: :yay: :yay:

Like Heidi said - mum's the word here - we won't tell a soul. I'll be thinking baby blue thoughts for you. ;)

Apparently we are sharing a brain today. Bad for you, I'm afraid.

Jen the way we told our parents we were pregnant with Olivia. we were having thanksgiving dinner here at our house. Both sets of parents were here. I had a cake made with pink and blue booties on it and our due date with a question mark. I was going to wait till after we ate. But I was feeling so nauseated when we went to sit down to eat that we showed them the cake before we ate.

Cute. We weren't creative at all with any of the girls. We just told them. Boring!

Hi,
Haven't had a chance to come on & read everything. Hopefully I haven't missed too much.

Congrats to Heather & Jennifer!!! Wonderful news!

We had a nice anniversary this past weekend. I am off today so I have been cleaning like a madwoman.

Hope everyone is well.

All this talk of cleaning is getting on my nerves. Would you people please stop! Glad you had a nice anniversary weekend.

Glad I could help! I'm finally feeling mostly better. The stomach pains are gone except when there's a really bad cough. Now if that lingering junk could just go away, I would be one happy camper.

Well, my daughter is down to one pair of non-holey jeans so we've got to get shopping for some before picking up Phil.

Catch you all later!

Glad you're feeling better!

Actually, I enjoy cleaning other people's houses. Mine? Not so much!

Well what are you waiting for?

My first is at 6w3d or so.... they usually can see the heartbeat(s) then, but it's mostly for a "headcount" If they can't see the heartbeat(s) by that time, then they'll reschedule at 7 weeks and so on. Once they see it/them, I will have an u/s every 2 weeks until I "graduate" to a regular OBGYN. Then, I'll get probably 1-2 additional ones aside from the Level II around 20 weeks.

I told Amy, it is thrilling to get to have so many... but I hardly consider it "payback" for how we had to get here! :rotfl:

Certainly not but definitely a lot of fun. I told Emma and she is very excited for her friend!

So when you come out in the summer I'll hire you!

Doh!:headache: If I had ordered all of my Disney Store stuff from Disney Shopping I could have saved another $8. But some things are just not worth $8, like returning it all and ordering it online.

DH is furious at DS because someone got DS's lunchbox today and kicked it, which broke open the container of applesauce he didn't eat. DS has a loonnnng history of very bad luck with lunchboxes and DH needs to shut his half-wit piehole.  In elementary school kids would take his lunchbox to torment him. It got thrown in the trash, it got thrown in a mud puddle, and each time he had to go fish it out. Each time DH would yell and scream at him when he got home. SO DS started to carry his lunchbox around at recess because he was terrified of getting in trouble. Stupid DH. One day the teacher got on to him for carrying it around. She told him to put it down and go play. Well, do you obey the teacher and risk getting screamed at by your father? I ended up having to conference with the teacher over it because DS completely FREAKED OUT. So today DS was playing with his friend after lunch and someone kicked his lunchbox. DH apparently wants him to NEVER leave his lunchbox unattended. It isn't luggage at the airport, for crying out loud! Leave him alone! DH needs to get a freaking life. I am SOOOOO angry that DH thinks this is DS's fault. Only DH would BLAME DS for what amounts to being bullied. :sad2: If I need to buy a new lunchbox for DS I will - I don't blame him for leaving his lunchbox "unattended" while he went to play.

I also had to call the attendance office yet again because they told DS they didn't have the fax from the Dr. They had it yesterday! Where did it go? They still have it. I swear the attendance office is a creation of the devil. The lady told me every absence is entered as "unexcused" and then they change the status to "excused" AFTER they have written PROOF. Guilty until proven innocent. And this is the procedure that will be in place until he graduates from high school. Great.:scared1:

Deb - Glad Nick's conference went well!

Tammi - I think I forgot to tell you I am glad your conferences went well, too!

Give DS a hug. Your DH and mine sound so much a like.

You should come to MA. You would have the BEST time here if you like cleaning other people's houses.:lmao:

:rotfl2:

So I thought I had everything that I needed to mail out my ornaments. I went to Target today and picked up mailing envelops and boxes. Then I got home and realized I need one more thing. So they are going to have to wait another day or so. Sorry!

Well today Lucy has managed to sleep most of the day away. She hasn't had one screaming fit so that's good. So who knows. Hopefully tomorrow she will be back to her normal happy self.

I managed to finally find a girl scout troop for Emma. She has been wanting to join since the beginning of the school year but I was getting no response from our local council. Finally after talking with Mo's assistant teacher who has a daughter in Emma's glass gave me info on the troop. And come to find out the troop leader is a mom from one of the girl's on Emma's soccer team. But the mom is never at the practices so I have never spoken to her for more than a few minutes on game days. Small world!

This was me. But my teachers never pushed me to participate.

He is a very quiet boy (How can that be with us for parents?) and doesn't offer much unless he is asked directly.

Well how about triplets? ::yes::

Me too, although I'm trying not to get too fixated either way. One healthy baby is one more miracle than we were expecting a few months ago!

Karen, good to see ya. Was wondering about you.

I think that pin bag is a little more than we need. The kids probably only have about 30 or so pins between the 2 of them.

I'm glad Lucy seems to be feeling better.

Well how about triplets? ::yes::

I'd take them, but the chances are slim! We only put in 2, so one of them would have to divide just like in a normal identical multiples pregnancy... and I have NO genetic predisposition for that. Still, God does have a sense of humor :rotfl:

command (the key with the apple on it) C for copy, command V for paste.:surfweb:

Thanks! But I am home now!;)

Elizabeth- I am sorry that DS's lunchbox got kicked and then dad not quite understanding. It's so hard to be a kid sometimes:hug:

Thanks. I told DH to go apologize.

Mine is ready to mail, does that count? Maybe if Princess is well enough for school tomorrow I can get to the post office then.

I hope Emma enjoys Scouts!:goodvibes

I was just thinking I haven't seen you around in a bit.

Me, too! How are you, Karen?

No, no, no. You've got it all wrong!:sad2:
Your children NEED pin bags, one each, with their names embroidered on them. THEN they need more pins. Lots and lots and lots of pins to fill the bags. DS has over 200 pins in his bag and there is room for more. I am going to sit by your kids at breakfast and tell them ALL about pins.:rolleyes1:rotfl2:

Good thing it will be our last day!!! :rotfl:

After this I have no idea when we will be going again. No plans. Nothing in the works.

Hi,

I just wanted to say a quick congratulations, to all the kiddos with great reports and our new mom's to be!!!!

Good thing it will be our last day!!! :rotfl:

After this I have no idea when we will be going again. No plans. Nothing in the works.

That's sad! You should plan a mid-August trip with them so I can spend some quality time instructing them in the fine art of pin trading.:thumbsup2

Attention Dallas-area DDA (and anyone else interested in traveling):
I just signed up to get an e-mail notice when King Tut tickets go on sale. The exhibit opens here Oct. 2008. You can print a certificate that guarantees you will be able to purchase up to 8 adult and 8 child tickets. Since I don't know if DS is an adult or a child by their rules I put 3A/1C. I have no clue what to expect in terms of ticket prices, but at least I am guaranteed to have tickets available.

That's cool! I absolutely adore tink, but was a little unsure when she was put into a parade. She's a tiny pixie, after all! I suppose it will make a lot of autograph collectors happy, though :) I'll have to keep an eye out for her!

I have some of the same concerns but then many of the characters that we meet at Disney are larger than "cartoon" life. The mice from Cinderella are an example. I'm hoping it doesn't ruin the magic by having her available for autographs.

i am calling it a day. I have had a headache all day so I am going to get off the computer and see if that helps.

Night all

I am very, very afraid of August. High heat and humidity. Unfortunately though, I think this might be the last year for awhile that I am able to take Nicholas out of school. Next year is an SOL year. :guilty: I do want to be able to take a nice, LONG vacation like you, Deb and Anne Marie. I think it was Anne Marie who said she wants to forget her address and phone number. I like that philosophy. :thumbsup2
