Can I just say that I love Build-a-Bear! What excellent customer service. I called just now to ask about my Fur Stuff Club. I knew that I never received at least one $10 certificate. Since I have no idea where my card is (usually look up by phone number at the store), I have been unable to logon as they changed the site lately and you need your card number the first time you log on. So, the girl pulled up my account and went looking for the missing certificate. Well, apparently I have 3 certificates that were never used. So, she is sending me all 3 ($30 worth) via mail as well as a new card. She also gave me my card number so that I can get on the site. Nothing like found money! Now maybe I know what I'm getting Kassie for Christmas and then the cash I would have spent goes right to me Disney card. Yippee! I just can't believe that they are voluntarily sending me 2 certificates that I hadn't even known were missing and are probably 1-2 years old. They are definitely getting an email of thanks on this one!

 :cheer2: for found money.

Some things that I forgot earlier...

Jen - Glad grandpa was released. :wizard: for the shunt today.

Denise - Hope the doctor got Rees in ASAP today and can find some help for him. :grouphug: and prayers!

Theresa - Hope you and Abi are feeling better!!

No decisions yet. We are waiting for him to get home and settled before we start discussing/searching in earnest. We'll probably start thinking about it in a week or two.

Yay for Phil coming home! I didn't realize he had been gone so long! Good luck deciding on the move!

Theresa I hope you and Abi feel better fast.:wizard: :wizard:

Take it easy today!:wizard:

Robyn - Airfare is just weird when you are dealing with DFW and DAL. Just keep an eye out and you might get a good deal! I've seen airfare to MCO for $158 round trip, non-stop but I have never been able to snag one of those. I got a DING back in June to go to Kansas City for $25 each way but I couldn't commit before the DING expired. You just never know.
I hope your crazy neighbor's wife is OK!
Our news has been covering a shooting of a guy and his girlfriend on the highway the other night. OK, well, it really was 4 AM, not night. The details are a little sketchy - they haven't said if there was some REASON these people got shot or if it was random. The people are supposed to be OK, though.

The trial starts today for a guy who supposedly attacked a realtor in a model home and stabbed her 27 times.:scared1: It happened over a year ago and I don't remember all the details, but it was a gruesome crime.
Dangerous to live here, now that I think about it!:scared:

 :cheer2: for found money.

Yay for Build a Bear! I know there was a $10 certificate in the drawer at Brother & Sister's but I am sure it got thrown away. I saw it come in the mail and I should have stuck it in my purse before it got lost. I guess I could try calling to see if they have a record of it.:confused3 I paid for all of the bears we bought and I have the rewards card but for some reason it was on their address.

okay caught up,
Morning DDA

oh by the way 143,000

Congrats on the milestone!:woohoo:

Theresa hope you & Abi feel better soon :wizard:

Tia yay for the gift certificates & Phil coming home :cheer2: Love the picture in your signature :goodvibes

Deb continued :wizard: that your back continues to feel better!

Tom sorry to hear you are still not feeling well

Elizabeth :bday: to your dh. Today is my brothers birthday as well :)

Tammi hope you had a great weekend, have a safe trip home!

Hi, all. I'm a wreck. Rees seemed better this morning, but had a really bad afternoon/night. John and I were both in tears. So I'm calling the doctor in the am. Thanks for the prayers. They are truly needed at the moment.

Oh, Denise! I'm so sorry! I'll be praying that he can see the doctor ASAP, and there will be answers soon! There's nothing worse than seeing your child in pain! Hang in there! We are all here for you!

:wave2: Hi, Tammi! Not a whole lot going on, but lots of PD and good thoughts needed in general. I am not good with recaps, so someone else will have to do that one!

Drive safely.

The biggest thing are needs for pixie dust:

Denise needs some for Rees as he's still having a lot of pain, and not enough answers!

Jen needs some for her grandpa who had a cardiac episode last night, and his having an operation today to put a shunt in.

Jennifer needs some for her grandmother who's defibrillator shocked her several times yesterday for no apparent reason.

Other than that, there's been a lot of talk about what to pack for your trip.

Tom is still sick! Get better Tom!

Tia has updated her photo to show off her "young lady"! She's just darling!!!

Beth continues to be busy with all 3 kids going in different directions.

Elizabeth's husband celebrates a birthday today. Happy Birthday!!!

I think that's all the major stuff. Have a safe trip home, Tammi!

I woke up this morning pretty stiff. I guess I used my back more last night than it would have liked. I think this will be a long week. At least a hot shower and the heating pad have me moving again.

I just placed an order from DisneyShopping. I had to order the jeans that I want in a size larger than I'm wearing, maybe they'll run small, if not I guess I'll be wearing a belt ;) I had to add in a leather Minnie purse and some other items to get the free shipping. :rotfl2:

I know that was quite a hardship for you, Deb. :lmao:

Just an FYI... (especially for Glynis)

Kristin was just cast as "Viola" in a production of "Twelfth Night" at VCU!

Hooray!!!!! Can I tell you how excited I am for her!!!! That is so very, very cool!!! Tell her I said congrats, and if she doesn't apply for the USF, I'll be very sad!

I can't wait to hear all about it!

Yay for Phil coming home! I didn't realize he had been gone so long! Good luck deciding on the move!

Yeah, it was supposed to be 2 weeks, but then stretched to 3 and then a couple more days so he could go along to a sleep study last night. There was talk of a 4th week, but things have not been going well (patient-helper relationship-wise) and his dad doesn't need as much help now so he's coming home now.

That's wonderful! Congrats to Kristin!!:cheer2:

Thanks for the birthday wishes for DH! I wish I could have come up with something memorable and fun for his 40th, but I just didn't have any ideas! He has cooled off on the idea of a new camera. He spent $112 on a hunting/fishing license but he hasn't had a chance to hunt anything. Since his best friend was killed and his other friend has a brand new baby (in Colorado) we couldn't really get together for a party or dinner with other people. He isn't "friends" with the guys at work, they are just his co-workers.

I saw the new menu for Teppan Edo on AllEars. We have an ADR there for December BUT I didn't realize they don't take the DDE card!:scared: That will be pricey! Well, maybe not too bad if they let DS order from the kids menu. I would love to do the 1900 Park Fare dinner with the stepsisters, but I have read some reviews that the food is gross. Besides, I don't want to schlep all the way over there from Epcot only to go BACK to Epcot after dinner.

We are leaving in 65 days! (Which isn't as good as leaving next week, but it's the best I can do.)

Theresa I hope you and Abi feel better fast.:wizard: :wizard:

Thanks everybody for the get well wishes for Abi and I....since I posted she has been asleep all but about 20 minutes....I've been up for about an hour. I think sleep is what the dr. ordered.

Yeah!!! for Phil coming home. Good luck on the decision on whether to stay or go to CA.

Elizabeth-wish your DH a happy 40th!!!

Elin-Please congratulate Kristin from all of her DDA aunts. I am sure she will shine in the role of Viola!!

Robyn-what a horrible, horrible reason for the copters to be circling your neighborhood.

:cool1: :cool1: That's Great. Is Viola a leading role. I'm Theater illiterate, please fill me in.

I'm getting ready for work. I'll run the boys to my parents as soon as they get off the bus.

Hope you don't mind me copying your post! Just wanted to reiterate all you said, and I hope you and Abi feel better.

Is it Jen's grandfather(mother) that is sick? Isn't Jennifer's grandfather having his pacemaker adjusted today? Sending you both prayers.

Sorry if I'm not keeping up well. I am trying to read along, but I keep forgetting to post. I'd love a recap of anything really important over the past few months.
