yeah -- once again, I'm last fiddle. Did you all hear that Matt was listed first, then UNCLE Paul and oh yeah, some lady named Marti.

Of course, had you been as fetching as this fella' -- here modeling Kate's latest and greatest invention -- perhaps you would have been more than an afterthought. :teeth:

Ya know what??? Kate kept saying she didn't do all that work -- but I don't buy it. She thinks we don't know what's going on, but we do. She loves Zac!!

And Steve did quite a little dance for us, too. I'm wondering where his folder is at? :rotfl2:

Steve would like to revisit this discussion with you when Alyssa is four!!!

OK - done with my private posting party. I won't bore anybody with too many details; but we had fun on game night. (not much game playing; Disney Scene It where the kids beat the pants off the adults). Paul pounced all over Kate (she took it very well!!!!) and the kids ran around and had a ball. Kate so very nicely made Dole Whip for us, I don't know which recipe she used. It wasn't exactly like the one at Disney, but I loved it! If you like ambrosia it tasted very similar to that. We also had Amy's famous sugar cookies and they were great! Would you please email me the recipe -- there's no chance that I'll find it in this thread!! We did get to eat Chick Fil-A for dinner on Saturday and again today for breakfast. Now I understand why all of you like it so much! I actually liked it better for breakfast than dinner. Paul had so much I was looking to see if the man sprouted feathers!

We live about 500 miles from Cincy. We also didn't realize just how long a state Ohio is. But Matt was a good sport about the drive and we are very glad to be home.

Just to make sure everybody knows: I was NEVER invited to game night, but that usually doesn't stop me :teeth: . I did however have an accomplice that shall remain nameless. We would have made MANY more phone calls (heck it was Kate's phone anyway) but we didn't have any other numbers. We were thinking of all of you!

Thanks again to our hosts: Kevin and Amy & Steve and Kate. The kids all got along great and we had a wonderful time. Thanks for letting us in!!!

Marti -
Guess what I realized about the dole whip recipe -

I forgot to put the sugar in!!! It wasn't much but maybe it would have tasted more like DISNEY'S!! either the sugar doesn't make that of a difference or you were really gracious about it!!!

Kate which recipe did you make, I am going to try one next week when my family come for dinner, did you make it in an ice cream machine - I may just pull mine out and use it for the first time.

Nah - I'm not that gracious! I actually really liked it! I'm a sucker for pineapple.

How come we didn't get many pictures of Kevin or Steve???

They were probably smart to stay out of the camera's way!!

Should have quoted, but I didn't. I just wanted to say how cute all the kids were in the Mrs. Potts costume. Matt is a real looker already. Julia seems to have a pose for every occasion and Alyssa looks so cute just hanging out with her friends. Where was Nick when all this was going on?
