It was great talking to you Denise!!! and no matter what Amy said - no one had said a word about your accent all night!!!! Amy swears someone did - but clearly pregnancy brain has taken control!!! But I will have to say I was surprised to hear you beautiful southern accent (or dialect as Amy corrected me!!) I am not sure why it never occured to me that you would have a southern accent - as I told everyone - you don't type with one!!!!

We had a great time - Marti, Paul & Matthew are wonderful!!!!! They "surprised" me by coming to game night - she and Amy cooked it up and they showed up to game night shortly after Amy, Kevin & Alyssa

I say "surprised" because - well - the two of them STINK at keeping secrets!!! Amy had told me she had a GREAT surprise for me and that I should make Dole Whips for game night b/c she has been craving them - that was all the hints I needed!!! and even if I wasn't totally surprised - it was still one of the best surprises EVER!!!!!

We are all spending the day together tomorrow - I am so excited!! and very lucky to get to spend time with all of them!!!!

We never got Paul in the Mrs. Potts costume but I do have a picture of him modeling my disney bag that I designed and made this week - I am too tired to post it now - but it will be worth the wait!!!!!

It sounds like you all had a great time! What a nice suprise. I had the pleasure of meeting Denise at WDW in December. I thought her accent was quite charming!

It is gorgeous. I love the significance of the different pieces to the design. That is a neat concept.

We'll be doing La Nouba the same night! We're doing the later show - how about you guys? I've never seen it - very excited!

Well after a couple of pm's between Tinkaroo & I, we have found that at least two more DDA friends are going to be able to meet. It looks like Tinkaroo is sitting exactly two rows behind my family & I during the same LaNouba performance. Woohoo!!!!

WOW! She looks great! I can't believe how good she looks already. I thought it took a while for the swelling to go away.

I don't have the courage so I think I'll try a temporary one on my next trip.

My DH took the 3 kids to his Mom's and I'm supposed to be doing the taxes. I better get started!

OK so you have 3 kids.
You don't think that took courage.
Believe me it was very little pain to have it done.
Once in a while I would twish.
Only pain I'm having now is like a sunburn.

I'm thinking of getting another 1.
Maybe a vine with 4 small butterflys.
On my shoulder or arm.

My golden eared antenna topper is gone!!!

My dh took the van to the carwash today. He says he took it off and then put it back on afterwards . So either it was stolen, he forgot to take it off and is just saying that so I don't at him, or he didn't have it on right and it flew off. I know it was on when he left. I hope they still have the golden ones when we go back in October. When is this celebration over?

You might have noticed I have a new link in my sig "raising money for breast cancer care" - it's an english charity that does exactly what it says on the tin - and is the nominated charity for 2006 for the Bank that I work for.

We have built a website (well a blog really) and each day we will feature books/music/dvds etc with a link through to amazon.co.uk so that people can buy the product - and all referral fees will be donated to the charity. Now the site is obviously created for the bank employees - but we're also pushing it out to friends and family because a lot of people shop at amazon and if they do so through our site we can potentially raise a lot of cash for the charity.

So - I've added links to amazon.com in the right column and also at the foot of the page, so that my US friends can also buy through the site if they want to (the daily links go to the english site).

If you're gonna shop through amazon anyway perhaps you could do it through this site?

And I'm also looking for some reviews too as each Friday I'm doing a Recommended by slot, so if you've read a good book or seen a good movie (DVD) and you'd like to tell people about it drop me a PM.

With the wind and pitstops, it took Marti, Paul, and Matt 10 hours to get here! I would've PMed people "on the sly," but I was so afraid that our surprise was going to cancelled due to bad weather conditions! As soon as they got to town, I directed them to the nearest Chick-fil-a! Then Marti came to our house to "pretend" she was still in NY.

We knew Kate was on to us. I feel very sorry for Steve. Kate reads between every line...there's no pulling the wool over her eyes! I didn't try the homemade Dole Whip, but Marti can give you a full report when she has computer access again.

We definitely would've called more people (Kate has free long distance on her cell) if we had known more phone numbers! Who knows what things I would have "made up" to tell you!

We're meeting at the Disney Store at noon, so I'm sure either Kate or I will give you an update later. Maybe Kevin will post some of our pictures during Alyssa's nap too.
