So it snowed here in CO today....where we live it just rained...ALOT!!! Abi still went swimming...it didn't start raining until they were done...but it was cold......I can't believe they did the swimming, teachers are goobers some times.

I have posted about Alyssa here before--Well, her favorite band was Maroon 5...Their new album came out yesterday and the entire thing is dedicated to Alyssa--i went to DTD to buy the cd and got goosebumps and almost started crying right there...Alyssa would have loved it--i had to share!

The recital last night was just wonderful. Our kids played beautifully and the reception afterward was well attended AND people stayed to clean up (thought Deb would appreciate that). Today is a normal teaching day with no recitals, so I am off to do lesson plans.

I am waiting to hear from Tammi about what we might try to do today!

on the culture test!

well she said she would have gone in with that temp as well. The strep test was negative.

My OB did not like that I had blood and bacteria in my urine at all. So she is doing a urine culture. She said that my urine looked cloudy. So it will be a couple of days before we know any thing. at least the migraine is gone.

Congratulations to your ds, that is awesome!

DS got a perfect score on the Science TAKS! We are so proud of him!! He also got commended performance in Math and Reading. His other awards were Outstanding Performance in Reading, Art, and Science, as well as a citizenship award that was voted on by his peers.

I also forgot to mention rental car for day before and the day after the cruise is booked, also the hotel room for day before and after is booked as well. Just need to book trip insurance and pay off the trip. September cannot come soon enough.

I gotta decide on excursions, Palo, etc as they can be booked June 10th and 17th. I know, the shame I do not already have them decided on.

My old laptop did this alot. I did not have enough memory on it & certain programs that would run, would eat it up. You need to shut down & restart your computer. Did you just upload your pictures, maybe that was the cause for it?

hmmm i just got a popup on my computer that said windows was low on virtual memory--im HORRIBLe with computers--anyone know what that means? Or what do i do?

His debate poster is due today & the actual debates will be on the 29th & 30th. I am gathering up information & we need to transfer what he wants to use to index cards. He will have 3 minutes for his introduction, 2 minutes for rebuttal, & 2 minutes to answer rebuttal & defend himself. There will be 5 judges for each debate.

The poster is ready to go, but we have alot more to finish this weekend!

Quick synopsis on spring in the Hardman household:

--3 trips to Kings Island
--2 trips to the zoo
--countless trips to the park
--first trip "home" (Old Key West) booked for December 1-8
--Matthew is crawling and creeping all over the place (he even attempted the stairs this morning )
--Alyssa is 95% potty-trained and loves public bathrooms
--Kevin is unopposed (again) in the fall election
--Party planning is underway for a big celebration on 07/07/07
--we're attending a family reunion in Canaan Valley, WV from 6/30-7/3
--I'm never, ever going to catch up on the laundry

That's all I can think of right now.
