Thank goodness this isn't snow as we would probably have 30 to 40 inches already and it is supposed to rain through Wednesday.

They are talking about closing or delaying schools due to flooding. In some places they have had about 5 inches of rain and its still coming down. Plus the wind is supposed to reach about 50 MPH.

I need help from you ebayers.....I think I am getting stiffed on one of my auctions. I emailed asking where and when it was sent. April 2nd and he gave me a DC #. When I put it in the USPS site it says waiting for the person to mail it. So I emailed guy back with that info...he says too bad talk to USPS. I gave it the weekend but I think I am ready to try and get my money back.

I think I will go watch the news and head to bed. I hope I remembered to do everything I was supposed to do for those interviews tomorrow. I have all of my "documents" together (college transcript, CPR certification, blah blah blah) so hopefully I didn't forget anything. I guess I should print off the directions to the one agency. I know where it is, but I need the Suite # and all that.

Amy, all of the pictures are precious!!

I went early this morning to get the dance recital tickets. It was pouring & there were many people already lined up. There were 6 cars in the lot but somehow I ended up being #15! . Anyway, I got my number & sat in the car. I got 10th row (bummer) but at least its over.

Glad you got your tickets! Stay dry!

Tammi and Steffy, I am very jealous of your upcoming trips!! I know I'm not the only one dealing with yucky weather, but I am so tired of cold, rain and snow!! I wish I was going to Florida and getting to see the mouse!! (Although my mom said it got to 94 yesterday!! )

DH finally took our 2nd Christmas tree to the storage unit today. That made LOTS of room in DS's closet, so I was able to move that huge trunk that we won in there. We wil throw out all of the computer boxes tomorrow, so that will clear out the dining room. Little by little we are clearing the clutter! I have a big shopping bag full of DS's outgrown shoes that I need to donate to somewhere. I still haven't taken the vacuum in for service. I REALLY need to find time to do that.

Elizabeth could you come and help me get organized? I was doing flylady faithfully, then fell off the wagon. I know I don't share it here, but I have been going through some stuff, and allowing it to depress me. But I'm going to pack my lunch a few days this week so I can hire housecleaners to do my spring cleaning. Then I will come back from Disney to a clean house!!!

I'm trying to get ready for my trip to Lansing tomorrow. I don't know how I'll be ready. So much to do and so little time.

My internet and phone connection is wonky. They are actually suprised I have DSL as it goes through the phone line and the whole phone/internet transmitter in Philly is under water. However they are not sure if that is the issue or not. They said it will be Tuesday before they will be able to come out and check the phone line here.

Its still raining here. It's already flooded all over the place.

If I picked a place to move in at WDW, it would be the Living Seas. I can swim with the dolphins, SCUBA dive, kayak. When I am finished with my water sports I can go have a Chocolate wave at the Coral Reef. I can talk with Crush, ride the clamshells to Find Nemo, and perhaps I can rig the theatre to watch any movie I want. Is the theatre still there?? I'd plant my bed on the second floor amongst the tanks, so I can fall asleep watching the fish.

Becky, long time no see. Maybe the cable that carries my DVR has drowned. All of the shows I recorded are gone. Blank. Blackness. No Desperate Housewifes. No Brothers and Sisters. All my Disney shows. Oprah. Just blackness. Maybe it drowned. Maybe it will come back. I'm too depressed to call Comcast tonight. I've got to work tomorrow.

I REALLY need to stay away from eBay. But the more I see and learn the less likely I am to bid on any of these lots. They have to be doing something not-exactly-legitimate, and I don't want to support that!

I think tonight is going to be a long night. So far both kids have ended up in my bed because the wind is scaring them. Between them tossing and turning and the wind making it sound like my house is going to blow away, I don't see much sleep in my future tonight.

But, smart Stephanie for getting the house cleaned! I used to have two women who came in every other week to clean our house house, but then college happened again. So, when we get this second child through college (or if her scholarship somehow increases or student loans are larger next year) I vow to have them back again.
