Thank you Kristine!

That's cool.
Would work for the pirates & princess party also.
Just change the wording.

Thanks. :cloud9: She broke into a dead run as soon as she realized it was in her basket. In the craziest voice I've ever heard from her she yelled out "IT'S MY UNICORN WEBKINZ!!!!!"

What I want to know is why no one ever warned me that I work get addicted to the games! I love the trivia questions and a few of the brain teaser type of games and keep wanting to sneak in here to play them.

Oh...I love Booger Gets An A!

Deb - It sounds as if you are in the midst of another BusyBrooks day and night. I hope the weather holds off so everything gets done without postponements. :)

I love all your pictures, Tia, but this is my favorite.

Kristin loved Barrel of Monkeys, but at our house they were not played with. When she was little she would take all the monkeys out of the barrel and hang them on things like cabinet knobs, bedroom lamps, bathroom towel bars, etc. They also were found in suitcases taken by traveling parents and her big sister's Going Away to College Trunk. Why, you may ask?

Because the are "Patecta Monkeys! They patect (protect) you from bad stuff and keep you safe." They are still hanging to this very day and I have one in my carryon all the time. :goodvibes

I love this! :goodvibes

I'll second that:confused:

I had Nick's conference and his grades are exceptional!!! He has continually improved all year and his teacher (who I don't care for by the way) was raving about his writing and artistic skills. She says that it isn't often that she looks forward to reading a students assignments, but his are always so different and insiteful :confused3 She says that she is going to miss him next year.

Then on to Hunter's. Apparently he has developed an attitude and isn't being the respectful kind boy that he had been. He has had to stay in for recess for poor behavior and he won't admit when he has done something that he shouldn't have :scared: He also refuses to check his work in math, which has always been his best subject, so now it is his worst subject. She says that he knows how to do it all, but because he won't check his work his grades are not reflecting his ability. I know that I am overreacting because the reality is that he got a B in math instead of straight As, but both his teacher and I know that he has so much potential that he is too lazy to tap into.

This conference couldn't have come on a worse day as I caught 10 minutes of the play earlier today and it is excellent. It is hard to emphasize my disappointment in his lower grades and still be enthusiastic about the play. I'm not sure that he understands the seriousness of the conference. I will not tolerate poor behavior especially in school.

So I is a roller coaster of a day to say the least.

:wizard: and  to everyone who needs it.

i went and filled out the application and they said she would call me later this week or next. while i was there a HUGE German Shepard came in he had to have been 200 lbs. he was huge but he was not wanting to be there. he was pulling to get out of that door. went to walmart to exchange some baby clothes. we ate at MacDonald's and i saw they have madame Alexander wizard of oz dolls(which i collect). i bought the 3 they were handing out. there is a total of 8 dolls. if anyone goes to Macdonald's and they have those could you see which ones they have in stock. i got the tin man, scarecrow, and yellow munchkin. if they have different ones could you get me one. i think they are $1.83 each. i will pay you back. just if you guys happen to stop by dont make a stop for me. im gonna try and go out to MacDonald's again next week too.

I am trying to decide if i should email this guy i saw his profile online. hmmm....
should i?:confused3

Good luck with the job search.
Sorry can't help ya with the McD toys.
Haven't been to a McD in years.

Sorry for my lazy replies. I noticed after taekwondo that my throat really hurt, and now I feel horrible. My neck is stiff, but I am hoping that is from carrying Brother so much yesterday and today while he was asleep. I don't have time to have meningitis. I am going to have some cereal or something (DH & DS had burgers for dinner - I am not very hungry) and go to bed. Thank goodness the little guys go back to school tomorrow!

 and :wizard: all around!!

Elizabeth I hope you feel better tomorrow :wizard:

So I talked to Jim.....he THINKS they set the deadline for tomorrow at 6 for whether they accept it or not.

Hang in there.
We went back & forth 4x's till we agreed on terms.
Our offer $ they pay closing, their offer $, our offer $ they pay closing , their offer $ they pay closing.
Every offer had to be faxed back & forth signed by all.
Took 4 days.
It was like being on a rollar coaster.
So don't stress yourself out.
As long as they haven't denied your offer, your still in the game.
Oh the joys of buying a house.

Hi!!!!

I haven't had a chance to read every post but just a few notes...

Theresa,
Still have my fingers crossed!

Janet,
I love that design..I am going to have to bother Kristine for one for me too!

Its been a busy day. MIL is still here. She leaves tom'w though.:rolleyes1
This was the kids first day back to school from Easter break so I had alot of errands to run while they were there. I am so tired I can't see straight.:cool2:

The play was amazing. It is hard to believe that they were 3rd and 4th graders. Chris took photos so I'll have to see if any came out:lmao: It was about 30 minutes long and I video taped the whole thing. Hunter just watched it and he was happy with what he saw. We gave him flowers and so did my SIL. He's feeling pretty special tonight. I do think that some of what I said to Hunter today sunk in. I remember telling him that if the teacher tells him to jump he'd better ask how high. Tonight as he was heading to bed he told me to tell him to jump and when I did he replied "how High". I think he sees the err of his ways and I told him that I will follow up with his teacher in 3 weeks and we if there is improvement then no reprocussions, if not then no tv or video games.

Remember my little wine ;) about no snow. Well all we ever got was flurries.

Well now they are calling for a Nor Easter! :scared: :sad2: :scared1: :sad1:

Please, plesae please, I can't take anymore snow. :headache: Lets all just :wizard: this stupid storm right out to the ocean.

Yay! :cool1:

Hope you get some rest tomorrow!
