Sorry I am not able to help you, but if you check back later tonight Steffy might be able to give you some ideas if no one else is able to help.

Aidan update... We are all thinking about you and you Mommy and Daddy and your big sister! Keep fighting hard, kiddo!

Happy One Month Birthday Aidan!

Nice little scare you gave us this weekend. However as of today things are looking much brighter. He has his own private room to work on his infection and protect the other children since they don't know what it is or what caused it. They have separated him from the others. Only one month old and doesn't play well with others. Must be my boy!

He is now under strict contact isolation which means lots of gloves, gowns and masks, but all of his cultures continue to come back negative, so whatever took us for this ride is being quite elusive.

He also has been under strong sedation to protect him from himself. It seems that on Friday Night he decided he was tired of his tubes and removed them for the Doctor's. They came back with a larger tube and more tape and he proceeded to try once again, however this time they caught him. He now has a little blanket straight jacket kind of thing on to help keep his arms and sock covered hands away from his tubes. I don't think this boy will ever drink out of a straw when this ordeal is over.

So all in all,he had a better weekend and a very good night last night, they said and was actually weened back down on his O2 levels again. So the game begins again as we work him off the machines and back into the general population. He will be isolated for a full week and then hopefully we can get back to that feeding thing again.

Elin - thanks for the update! Poor little guy! He's really had to work hard at this whole life business!

Poor little Aidan, continued good thoughts for him. pixiedust:

Have a nice time at dinner Jen. Where ya going?

Hello, All!

My precious friends are back from DL! They had a great time, despite some glitches! Brother got a horrible vomit virus on Thursday, which was supposed to be their only day at DL!:guilty: Momboss took him back to the hotel to rest once it was 3 PM check-in time, but he wouldn't sleep once they got there. She said he slept while she was carrying him back, and that seemed to revive him! There were NO strollers when they got there, the Fast Pass return time for Buzz was midnight (got the Pass at 10 AM, so that effectively shot FP for them for the day), the stand-by line for Peter Pan was FOUR hours. But they rode Pirates, Dumbo, Mr. Toad, Snow White, Small World, Astro Orbiter. They saw the parade and the fireworks. Momboss said Brother was petrified of the fireworks. Since Brother was sick they decided to add another day and do half of Friday at DL, too. They did get to ride Buzz at some point and Brother really liked it. They loved the character breakfast. They met Mickey (after 1 hr. 20 min. in the queue). Brother ran up to him and said "Mickey, I use the potty!":goodvibes They bought a ton of stuff, including pirate shirts for DS & me.:) I can't wait for them to go to WDW!

Today we are just getting sorted out. I am going to take them to see Meet the Robinsons tomorrow.

Jennifer - My Netscape blew out a couple of weeks ago, which is why we bought the new computer. Maybe it is the ISP and not my old computer causing the problems! Glad Jeff was able to fix it. It took me about 7 hours to fix mine, and it wasn't exactly fixed. I hope your back feels better!

Jen - Enjoy your break!

Deb - The color looks good! I though maybe it just looked darker from cutting the curls off!

Mac - Good thoughts for Aidan and your family!

Theresa - I hope Abi feels better quick! And you, too!:wizard:

Tom - Glad to hear I am not the only one with a pantless child!:rotfl2:

And now....more pictures.

Glynis
Cute cute kids, especially Jacob with the missing teeth. :)

Thanks! He's very proud of those gaps!! For quite a while, he had lost more teeth than Katie. You'll notice her close mouthed grin. She had 4 teeth pulled about a week and half ago, and she's very self-conscious about the spaces!

I am really glad we got free dining by booking in December, because the dates they are offering wouldn't work for us. We also don't have a Disney Visa, so chances are by the time the offer goes to the general public there won't be many rooms left to choose from!

Never thought about her closed mouth smile, as that is how I smile. Don't know why just never liked the teeth showing smile, probably because my smile is crooked.

Like the other pictures too.

Elizabeth, poor brother that he got sick. Glad to hear that the bosses decided to add a day.

Glynis - the pictures are just terrific!

Elizabeth - I am glad your charges are back but wish their trip had been a bit better for them. :(
