:) Cute!

School was delayed 2 hours this morning due to all the snow. We got at least 6 inches. The bus just picked them up. Now I need to get Colby ready to head off to his school. I need to run errands while he is at school. I have read them the riot act all morning as Logan hit Colby at school yesterday and then squeezed another boy's arm when he was mad. The teacher gave him a time out and gave SIL a lecture on his behavior. I'm glad that I didn't pick him up yesterday. That came a day after she sent a little girl home for hitting. I asked Colby why he didn't hit Logan back because he would have at home. He said that hitting isn't allowed at school (like it is at home :confused3 ) and he didn't want to get kicked out of school and miss all of the fun stuff. I cannot tell you how many times I told him what a good boy he was yesterday :goodvibes Hopefully Logan will straiten out. I'm not sure what he was given as a punishment at home other than writing apologies to everyone he hurt, but I have told him if I get a call today he will 1 get a nap immediately and 2 receive a punishment here. We'll see how it goes.

Deb - Good for Colby! I am sorry you guys have snow! Yuck! Our high tomorrow is only supposed to be in the 60's, and Saturday isn't supposed to be more than about 50, but at least they aren't calling for snow.;)

DH & DS are going to the baseball game tomorrow (opening day). DH's friend's mom ended up buying 16 tickets from the guy on eBay and she doesn't want anyone to pay her back. She wants to do this as a memorial to her son. Hmm. Somebody should have made T-shirts. But it is too late now, and I am not the somebody that should have headed up that project! I don't get to go to the game because we didn't think I was going to be able to get the day off. Everyone is meeting back at the mom's house after the game, so I will go over there in the afternoon. I should make some dessert to bring. I learned my lesson about the cake from the bakery last time!

OK, so for all of you that bake WAY more often than I do...

If you make cupcakes what do you store them in? I think I have 2 9x13 cake pans, so I guess I could line them up in the pans and put foil over them, couldn't I?:confused3

I made a small slide show with a few of our pictures from the trip. It does have music, so turn your volume up or down :goodvibes Hope you all enjoy!

Oh my goodness Janet. I loved the pictures you picked and the music and the little hearts.   You did a great job. Thanks so much for doing it.

Well, I'm off work today. Started out with my coffee. Put the filter in the machine, got the cold spring water, came back into the room to look at the dis a minute, went back to to a hot pot of water.... Seems you need to add coffee!:rotfl:

Okay, off to the condo to get it ready for the open house...:hippie:

Elizabeth the cake pans will work fine. I have a big tupperware cake holder that I use.

Deb I hope you do not get a call from the school today. I went through this with Riley, thank goodness this year he has been really good!

Stephanie & Marci thank you! I figured I better try to post something, the rate I am going it will take me forever to get all the pictures organized lol

I was very lazy yesterday, so I need to get moving & run some errands myself. Have a great day all!

Janet - Loved the pics, and the music, and the graphics! So fun! Thanks for sharing with us! Maybe one of these days I will figure out how to put a picture ont he computer. Maybe.;)

Stephanie - Good luck with that whole coffee pot thing!:rotfl2:

I actually just came up with the perferct threat for Logan. When he was going through his hitting phase before I would duct tape my Disney oven mits on him and make him wear them for a while. He hated it. I told him if I get all call about his behavior he will be wearing the mits to school on the next day. I really think he will think twice before hitting now :rotfl2:

So I've never been more relieved to hear...you need to move out ....in my life. I totally agree!!

The part that turned my stomach was the hatred that was in Grandma's eyes when she looked at Abi this morning....pure venom.

So I am spending a good portion of tomorrow setting up appointments to see apts. Saturday...hopefully we will be able to move before the end of the month!!

Are you watching Crossing Jordan???? It's a tear jerker!!

SVU was a great one last night....missed Criminal Intent last night.

I've heard that Criminal Intent and Crossing Jordan are both in danger of not coming back next season....I wouldn't have any must see tv than...that could be a good thing!!!

Yes! I watched it and just cried!!!! I loved the tender ending between Garrett and Jordan. There's a relationship I'd love to see developed. I can't wait for next week's episode!

I would be very sad if they cancelled Crossing Jordan. The only saving grace is that they are showing the reruns on A&E, and I'm loving watching them again!

I still have Medium that comes on after Jordan, and I love that show!!! Last night's just blew me away! I totally just sat there with my hand over my mouth, audibly gasping every few minutes. It was kind of a tough one to watch!

Well, I had a pretty good day off!!

I went to meet the mom who needs a sitter this morning. Very nice lady, darling little girl, 3 HUGE Great Danes. Good thing I don't have a problem with big dogs!:rotfl: That took less than an hour. Came home, DH & I went to IHOP for breakfast. We decided to stop at the mall afterwards to see what we could find for DS for Easter. We aren't really "doing" Easter, but DS is expecting something anyway.

We bought DH his first pair of CROCS!! Now we'll have to see if he actually wears them.

Bought some Jibbitz and a pair of swim trunks for DS. Found a REALLY cute shirt for him, but it was too small. Called another store and had them hold the larger one. Went to another mall. Picked up the shirt for DS. Decided to swing by a third mall to get some Disney Dollars. Bought a shirt for DH, a few odds & ends for DS. Came home, had a short nap, picked up DS form school. Took DS to theater, went to Target. Browsed in Kohl's, picked up DS, picked up a pizza for dinner.

Janet - Thank you so much for the tip about KidzEyes! DS has $8.50 in his account so far! He gets so excited when he has a new survey! Unfortunately I don't think I am going to be able to convince him to hold off on cashing in until we go to WDW. He is chomping at the bit to get to $10 so he can cash in.

Elizabeth - Do you mind me asking where you found your Jibbitz? I ordered some online for the kids Easter baskets, but I really want to get Alan and me some for our Crocs. I can order them, but if I could find them someplace around here, that would be better!

I forgot to say we had a peaceful supper.

Grandma had a "sore" throat and told Cassidy that Grandpa would be eating with her later...I can almost guarantee he wanted to eat with us but it's all okay. We ate a leisurely supper...Abi and Jim didn't get home until almost 6 and we than went out to Target after supper...I doubt they ate before 7...but that is her choice.

At supper I talked to Abi about talking to a counselor and she finally said yes....I have always made it available to her with her issues but she has always hesitated with it. I just hope I can find a dr. that will mesh with her.

We (the girls) have a Meal of the Upper Room tomorrow night and than I think we will go to a Passion Play on Friday night so we may or may not have to see grandma until Saturday. It's amazing to me how our schedule was already set up for missing her.

Sounds like you guys are really doing well at "making the break" from the grandparents. We'll continue to pray that a way opens up for you to get your own place.

That's the way I store my cupcakes. 9 X 13 pans work great for holding them without crowding.

Let me know if you want some dessert ideas. I've got a ton of them! From easy to hard, just let me know!

Nordstrom. They have them at Academy Sports and Journeys, but those are in packages instead of singles. We also have a Crocs cart at the Galleria that has a TON of Crocs, Jibbitz, boots, knee pads, Croc butter, and anything else Croc related that you can imagine! DH has to wear knee pads at work but he said he didn't want the Croc ones.:confused3

Which designs are you looking for?
