Ladies - you were all BEAUTIFUL brides!

Elin - love those lace-up shoes!

Janet - Can I read it, please?

All these wedding pictures are absolutely wonderful and make me :sad1: that I only have the one photo of ours.

My cake which was heart shaped, was very cheap as a friend of my mother's made it. She also made 2 extra heart shaped cakes and they were our wedding gift from her.

As for flowers, mine were free. My grandmother's friend did them as my wedding present.

Oh this weekend is going to go so SLOW! I want to go to wdw NOW!

Happy Friday to everyone!

I love all the wedding pictures - I will have to scan in some of mine when I get home today. I love seeing all the different styles from the different years!

DH and I "met" in 1997, he proposed on May 1, 1998, and we were married January 2, 1999. I was barely 22 years old, but fortunately, we're still going strong! :thumbsup2

Good friends of ours just got married a couple of weekends ago, and she sent me the webpage to view all 800(!) pictures from her wedding yesterday. They had a family friend do the pictures, and they just ended up amazing. This friend was a formal photojournalist, so she shot the pictures more like a documentary - there are so many candid, interesting shots, and our friends look so happy.

Still to this day, I wouldn't change a ton about my wedding, except for our photographer - he did just a bunch of posed, boring shots. (We went with the photographer that shot my other BIL/SIL wedding, and in hindsight, we should have done some looking on our own.) Fortunately, our videographer was awesome, so we at least have really great, meaningful video of that day.

Happy Friday to everyone!

.

I'm sorry but this part had me :rotfl2: giggling.....first that means you are really young still!! and I was three months off of my 20th birthday on our wedding day. :goodvibes

If you can remember to take the Neosporin to work with you, use it as much as possible.

As for the aloe and vitamine e tissues, I can't use them, they make my nose worse.

I have been rubbing neosporin on it since I am home, but only had aloe at work, so I used what I had. The tissues are 3 ply aloe and vitamine e lotion.

You were a young thing! My mother-in-law turned 18 about 2 weeks before they got married, and she was done having babies by the time she was 21! I was a matronly 24 before I was married.
