Sounds yummy. But I'll have to stick with this nice lowfat popcorn instead.This is how I make one. I use a big springfold pan. Put about an inch of brownie mix in the bottom and bake, place pan into freezer to cool. Add a 1 inch layer of vanilla ice cream and a layer of hot fudge and a layer of rasberry pie filling and freeze, then do another layer of hot fudge and top with homemade whipped cream. Freeze the whole thing. When ready to serve I take it out for about 5 minutes then remove the side of the pan and voila, instant hot fudge sundae cake. I have never had to throw a single piece away.
