Thank you all for the ideas so far! I knew I could count on you all for some help :goodvibes

Actually Lindsay I was trying to think of something Disney with the castle, just wasn't sure how to do it :thumbsup2

You could do it as a fireworks display, with each flame offshoot as a diff member of the family...of course set over the castle...or the castle could be the "roots" and the fireworks different family members....if that makes any sense.

I can see I just can't explain it!

You'll have to take a pic when you guys are done.

I think dinner is going to be hot chocolate & Baileys again tonight. This project is so ridiculous I can't even begin to express my feelings about it.

Sorry your project is a pain! I hope you at least make your hot chocolate with milk so you get some calcium!;) I didn't make it to the post office today. I will let you know when I manage to get there! Hopefully tomorrow, because I also have a Dr.'s appointment that I really can't reschedule. I don't have time for another day of weather crap!

I just have to share this with my Disney family: My husband is officially semi-Disney obsessed!!!!! He came home from work all excited to show me what he bought me. He had gotten the email from Disney shopping about their 75% sale, and free shipping on orders of $60.00. Well, he found a Mickey tow hitch cover for my van, 2 Mickey car backseat organizers for Katie and Jacob, a set of Mickey drawer pulls, 2 picture frames, and a Dash lunchbox for Jacob. I couldn't believe it!!!! Then he says, "What would you think about turning the playroom downstairs into our Disney room?" He wants to get some Disney beanbag chairs, pictures for the wall, wants to paint it up in Disney style, etc.

I think the half marathon/WDW trip really changed his heart. I'm so happy!

Oh what sweet success!! Between completing the half marathon, and now the conversion of your DH, that was one very rewarding vacation.:thumbsup2

124 for the CD is steep, we will be trying our hardest to get 300 pic on it, to make it worth it...also inlaws are going with us, so maybe we can get them to go in halves.... they need to make themselves useful somehow, since they are already proving to be a pain in the rump in regards to planning! (maybe that's rude)

When are you going on your trip?

Watching Stephen King's The Langoliers, on Sci Fi.

Talk with you all tomorrow. pixiedust: and :grouphug: to all.

My family requested inside out bacon cheeseburgers, and I just don't feel like cooking them. Of course I will, though. Jacob is such a picky eater, that when he requests something, I try to do it. At least I know he'll eat well. On the upside, Katie is making a cherry cobbler. She's been asking for cooking lessons, and this was easy, since I had a can of cherry pie filling. I also have SF vanilla ice cream, so I can have some dessert as well. I guess I'll just have to do the burgers. Otherwise, no one gets dessert.

I've decided to have hot chocolate with Bailey's with a side of cold cereal & milk.

I'm telling you, I don't know what's come over him!!! I'm not complaining, mind, I'm just wondering how long it's going to last! I'm hopeful, and I'll milk it for all it's worth until it ends. I hope it will last at least through our DL trip. If I can just get him back to Disney before the euphoria wears off, maybe it will continue.

I've been checking out some ideas for the family room, and I think we can make it look really neat! It helps that the kids are really excited about it too. Jacob wants one part of the room to be all Donald Duck, and the other kids just want anything Disney!

Jennifer, your pictures are so cute. There's so much ice, though, I bet it wasn't too much pretending to skate!

how do you make inside out bacon cheeseburgers

Basically, I make thinner patties, and sandwich bacon and cheese in between 2. Pinch the edges to seal, and grill. The kids like them, and Alan does too. I also season the hamburger meat with ranch dressing and salt and pepper. Nice flavor.

The best part is, you can have them on a bun or not. They're so flavorful, you really don't need much more than a side of mustard. I actually like them a lot, but I dislike getting my hands all goopy, so I count it a sacrifice to make them.

I made a tator tot casserole for supper, it was pretty good. Cherry cobbler sounds yummy! I bought myself some fudge brownie ice cream today, of course is is SF & FF, hope it tastes good lol

What are inside out bacon cheeseburgers?
