At least you didn't buy 5 sets of all of them. My mother got on the kick and my dad helped her. In the midst of it, Dad died and mom distracted herself by doubling her efforts. She bought a set for each of my kids, a set for my nephew, a set for herself and a set for my brother in case he ever had a child. She also bought many for me but not the complete set. I would really like to get rid of my set but just can't bring myself to do it. I've heard of the organizations that send to the soliders to donate them to kids in Iraq and have considered doing that.

We got a late start on them. By the time I started collecting the bottom had already fallen out of the market. That was late 1997. I don't know what I thought I was going to do with them. I have heard about the soldiers handing them out, but it would cost me big bucks to ship them anywhere! Maybe I will go through and donate SOME to the agency to begin with, then determine what I want to do with the rest of them. I think we have about 130 different ones.

After dinner at WCC, we were back at our house, and Alan said to me, "I can see why you like Kate so much. You two are exactly alike." I took that as a great compliment.

After seeing everyone else's scores, I think the same could be said of all of us! We are a very similar minded group. It's probably what brought us all together.

I just went on ebay and saw her Tiny Tot Tinkerbell doll. Oh my goodness! She is so absolutely gorgeous.

I saw it in person and the Belle one....boy howdy it was one of those days I was really glad not to have a credit card....it would have been so easy to whip that sucker out and get both of them!!

YUCK!!! Grandpa tries this with a lot of the leftovers...but does it all and doesn't ask.....it looks like dog or kitty food most of the time to me!!

The kids are out back playing in the yard. The wind here is picking up and rain is supposed to be moving in. I think we are going to lose our mild weather.

My jaw is really out of whack. I cannot bite down, and my teeth are now misaligned. I've been eating soft foods today, cottage cheese, cookies, soup. This is really bizarre how quickly this came on.

Tammi, get to a dentist, NOW! You want this resolved before your Disney trip!!!

Lindsay - Are you at work? How are the roads up your way?

Yes, I am - unfortunately! I did come in later, though, to give the roads some traffic and time to thaw. I was really, really hoping to stay home, but no dice. The firm told us to "use our best judgment" in determining if/when to come in - well, apparently most everyone else has better judgment as the place is dead!

Traveling in Plano and down 75 through Richardson was a bit dicey in places (from Legacy to 635, it took me an hour). Once I got below 635 (and 75 is pretty much at underground levels), it was all clear.

It might be stress, Tammi. I'm interested to see what your dentist says. I know that I clench my jaw when I'm really stressed (both during the day and night), and sometimes I will wake up with a side of my face swollen, unable to chew, etc. The best thing to do then is just keep hot compresses on it and take Aleve.

I've also found that if I can make sure that I'm not clenching it when I am drifting off to sleep that helps - I guess I don't reflexively do it in my sleep, but maintain the position throughout the night if it starts off that way.

Good luck! Heat really does help me.
