It looks like the big storm will hit us starting tomorrow. It is supposed to start off as rain then switch to sleet/freezing rain followed by 2 days of snow. Sounds like winter will be coming after all. Storms don't really effect too much around here, we all know how to drive in it and the road crews usually get on top of things. If we do get it the restaurant will be slow though. People tend to stay in unless they are heading to an appointment or work. I find it a great time to shop, the stores are quieter and there is less traffic.

I watched Game Show Moments Gone Wild tonight. Too funny. :lmao:

I guess I'm heading to bed too. I just told Chris that I'm worn out. Colby is just pushing all of my buttons all day everyday then trying to juggle the older boys, housework, work and everything in between. Colby was extremely whiny tonight and he was supposed to stay at my parents with his brothers. By the time I got them all packed and over there, their ready bed blown up (by mouth not less) and them all settled in he decided that he wanted to come home. He has a cold and I know that he was overtired. My Mother thinks that he is just a Mama's Boy, but she sure didn't try to convence him to stay. He cried off and on about everything for about an hour of the hour and a half that I was there. I came home, did a load of laundry, cleaned the cat water fountain and sort bills. Chris gave Colby all of his attention for a good hour then told colby what a good boy he was. Well Duh, if I sat down with him playing, giving him 100% attention and ignoring everything that needed to be done I'm sure he would be good for me too. Apparently I'm the only one living in reality. Sorry to vent, but it is that or just breaking down crying. I have definitely over ate today too. I may need to skip weigh in on Tuesday if I don't get control very soon. Hopefully sleep will be my friend and I also hope that the runny nose that I am having is just a one day thing.

:grouphug: Deb.

I can completely empathize. Alyssa has been extremely whiny lately, and with Kevin at work then play practice, city council and/or church meetings, there are many days and nights that I feel like I'm going to lose it. Sleep deprivation isn't helping either, and thank goodness the Christmas cookies are gone, because I was stress-eating big time.

I wish we could meet for a girls' night out!

Thanks for all the compliments on our pictures. :goodvibes

I'm going to try to grab a little sleep before my darling son wakes up. I guarantee if I were to stay up all night, that stinker would sleep through the night. He KNOWS when my head hits the pillow! :p

Good night!

Deb- Take some deep breaths and relax. I am sorry that you are so stressed out by everything.:grouphug: :grouphug: Is skipping your weigh in really going to do anything?? You have worked very hard and I know you are stressed, remember tomorrow is another day and it will be a better day and you can jump back on the bandwagon then, don't beat yourself up for your past behavior. pixiedust: pixiedust: That Colby will be better behaved tomorrow. Vent away, but crying isn't always a bad thing either. Feel better soon. You have alot going on right now.:grouphug: :grouphug: and pixiedust: Get some sleep and I hope tomorrow is a much better day.:grouphug:

Hello

Julia and I went to the HSM concert tonight - we had a GREAT time

I will have to admit - I was pretty disappointed that Zach wasn't there - but since Drew Seely sings his songs in the movie anyway - it didn't really change the sound at all!!!

Ashley Tisdale was our favorite - she seems to remember that she is a teenager and what her fan base is - she seemed to have the most fun

Lucas Grabeel was hilarious and had a lot of fun too!

Vanessa seems to think 20 year old boys are her target audience and that she should act as slutty as possible - although she seemed to have toned it down for this concert versus when we saw her with the Cheetah girls

Kate- Sounds like Julia and you had a great time.

Last year, our cookies were $3 per box.

It is officially Abi's first day of selling and they have gone up to $3.25 a box and we have the brownies instead of the lemon coolers.

Abi has set a goal of 250 boxes sold.....that's an average of 20 boxes a day. But she is psyched to do it....cool prizes to have this year!!

That was before your time...but oh so much fun...turtles and pumpkins...oh my!!:rotfl2:

I said those were my favorites. ;)

Check out the one of just Alyssa. The photographer asked her to hold the duck, and Alyssa promptly dropped it at least three times. The girl finally just took the photo. That's one mischievous smile on my daughter's face and the duck is face-down. :)
