Thats ok, I found a place in Stroudsburg and it will be cheaper to make it myself. My sister is a baker so she can decorate it for me. Thank you.

That's typically what I do anyways.

Actually, I am not going this time. They will be there only Feb 5 for the party and the next day at Epcot. My one sister had to put her dog down the week before Christmas and was just having such a hard time. So she decided to fly down and see our other sister who lives in St. Pete and I mentioned about the party and gave her some price information, and the rest is history. $144 per person for hotel and basically two days at the MK and Epcot. :goodvibes

Maybe next year

I will certainly report back to you all the same. Too bad you aren't going with them, I'm sure you would have all had a great time.

Marti - good to see you - loved the pics of you and Paul! How many years has it been for you guys? You both look the same! :goodvibes

 for Matt for the Disney Bear casualty. I have the light-colored one, and just love it. Guess you're going to Disney at just the right time to get another one! :thumbsup2

That's the only problem we seem to face - the only ones we've seen are the light colored ones and he wants a dark colored one! As he was crying himself to sleep he told me that he doesn't want another one, he loves this one the way he is, even if he is all chewed up. My heart is just breaking for this kid!

I'm off to bed. My Peter & the Shadow Thieves book is calling me. Talk to you tomorrow.

I got my DDE card ordered today. Hopefully, it will arrive before we leave! I need to sit down with Chuck & Becky tomorrow and get our to-do list together for our trip. We have 34 days before we are at Disney. Becky has to decide what she wants to wear to the P&PP. Chuck & I will wear our pirate Mickey ears we bought for the Fireworks Cruise in Dec. I also need to work on getting a pirate costume for Nicky. They didn't have any while we were there in December. I'm hoping they have one when I'm there in Feb. He really needs to be dressed as a pirate for the P&PP. There are autograph pages to print, a clipboard to decorate, t-shirts to be made, and ...

I also haven't seen the dark ones for over a year. I do understand him loving it just the way it is - chewed up & all. It will continue to give him comfort. I have my original teddy bear and he is in sad shape. I wouldn't have replaced him for the world though.

Good night all - it was nice to chat for a bit. Thanks for calming me down after the Mickey bear crisis.

Poor Matt. :grouphug:

Terry and Marti, I love the wedding photos. You both were beautiful brides and married very handsome men

Deb

It looks like Becky & I may go parasailing when we are at Disney in Feb. This is something she would really like to do but I don't think she'll do it alone. I'm sure that I also would really enjoy it.

Nick really wants to try it too. Of course chris and I are arguing over who gets to go with him. I really think that he needs him Mom there with him for such a big first. Afterall I took him on his first looping Roller Coaster.:)

Thank you Deb. I look at my pictures and think I looked like a baby!!!
I knew the first time he walked in the front door he was a keeper. :cloud9: :cloud9: :cloud9:

Alright, i am going to get some sleep..I have no plans except watching football tomorrow and I cant wait!!!
have a great night!!

I would LOVE to parasail, but I am worried that it would hurt my back.

I have Good in Bed and read another couple of hers if you want it.

I have read "In Her Shoes", but I can't remember if I have read the others.

When we go Cassidy and I usually share Crab legs....one pound is plenty for the two of us.
Last night we had garlic grilled shrimp and probably 1/2 pound crab legs.
Still plenty.

I love crab legs from Red Lobster! I can polish off 1 1/2 pounds by myself, and DH can eat more than that so we don't do that very often!:rotfl: Every once in awhile they used to run "all you can eat" on the crab legs, but the last time they did it they ended up losing tons of money and the lady who authorized the promo lost her job.

Marti, your wedding pictures are absolutely gorgeous!

I agree!
Sorry about the bear.:guilty: I hope Matt isn't too angry with the dog.

SO we got Cassidy's first semester's grades today!! :scared1: She warned me that there was a "not so good" grade in math.....I looked and I think they heard me yell in Denver after I saw the F in that class. She is grounded indefinitely and will have to take math her senior year to get into any colleges...she compounded her predicament by swearing at me.
Her GPA is okay even with the F but I am just so disappointed and sad tonight.

Ouch! I am sorry! I am horrible at math, and so far DS is following in my footsteps. I hope Cassidy can pull her grades up for the 2nd semester.

We have a PS2, the boys love it. Can't help with the gamecube

We have a Game Cube. DS got it for Christmas 2 or 3 years ago. He loves it, but he has never had a PS2 to compare it with. The nice thing about the Game Cube is that he also has the adapter so his Game Boy cartridges work in the Game Cube. When we replace it we will get a Wii so he can use the Game Cube discs in it.

Thanks,
That will help when Stephanie and I go in October.

Be careful if the dates are not straight from the Disney site. The night we planned to go to MNSSHP in 2005 it turned out there wasn't really a party! We had to juggle things around to go another night.

Hi, Geri & Jo!!

Well, I thought I would share some of my wedding pics. I apologize for the dark border around the photos, but as they were stuck into my wedding album pretty tightly, I figured it was best not to mess with them! :goodvibes

These are some of my favorite pictures, because you can see my dress bustled. The two things I definitely wouldn't change about my wedding if I were to do it over - the groom or my dress!

Well, I'm going to say goodnight - we have a day of painting our master bedroom ahead of us, so I'm not looking forward to that. Particularly after we put a trial patch on the wall tonight, and it's not much different than the color the room already is!

Have a great Sunday! :goodvibes

Lindsay - Your pictures are gorgeous! My groom has worked out pretty well. I really liked my dress, too. I have it hermetically sealed in a box in the top of my closet. Unless DS grows up and likes to dress in drag I have no clue what I will do with it.:confused3 My sister got married in what looked like a prom dress, but she was pregnant so she wasn't in a position to be fussy.
Good luck with the painting! We are going to take advantage of the break in the rain and (hopefully) take all of our holiday stuff to a storage unit. We want things to look spiffy for the pet sitter!;)

for those of you who are gamers or have gamers in the house....which system would you get??? PS2 or Gamecube. Jim has a gift card to best buy and he decided to get a system...this will be the first one in our house other than Abi's GBA.

Thanks!!

We have both. My family tends to play the PS2 much more than the Gamecube. If anyone was still awake I'd ask them why :confused3

Deb

Everyone is awake here. They say to definitely get PS2 because it has better graphics and a much wider variety of games. There are thousands of games for PS2 and PS1 games work too. It was a unanimous vote from my 3 (I mean 4) boys
