Speaking of Chik Fil A.....that's where my husband picked for lunch....we had to run a bulk mailing to the PO and I told him he could pick where we ate at.

Then as I am ordering I realized I told you all I get the #6 combo but it's actually the #5. What was I thinking?

I almost got the kids meal because we LOVE the Veggie Tales in our house...gotta love a kids meal where you don't mind the toy!!

We got Rees' final denial today for the Medicaid. It's been a rough afternoon,and I've been in tears. I feel defeated at the moment, and I promised myself when they were born and had so many problems that I would never quit fighting for them. It is just so hard sometimes. BUT, DH and I have resolved to do whatever necessary to fight for Rees' rights and to win no matter the financial cost. It is our job to protect and fight for him when he cannot. It won't be an easy road, so I'd appreciate any and all prayers for our family. My children are the absolute most important thing in my life, and I will not let Rees down. We will hire a Medicaid Lawyer on Monday and put down a retainer. Then we request a court hearing with a family law judge. I still haven't heard from PBS, so PD that works out as well.

Great pictures I hope to renew our vows someday, maybe on our 25th. That is if I can talk dh into it

I've just spent the day in my wedding dress again - we had a vow renewal at the registry office for DH's parents - it was a surprise for them - they thought we were having a family portrait session at a studio and DBIL took them to the registry office to meet us. It was a lovely ceremony and we went for dinner after. It was freezing cold outside so we didn't get many pictures - but the ones we got were nice. DB was the photographer. I am so weak today - like I have NO muscle control - and my kids are taking full advantage of the fact that mommy doesn't have the energy to do anything with them or to them!! DH felt this yesterday and feels better today - how did he skip the vomiting day of this? just not fair!! my mom said my dad is still feeling bad too - well at least I haven't been vomiting all week - asnd I have been able to eat and drink a little bit so I am not dehydrated or starving - just exhausted

Get yourself a good night's sleep - followed by a manicure and pedicure tomorrow......

I called DH and asked him to bring me home my favorite ice cream - and he comes home with black raspberry chip - not regular chocolate chip - seriously if you want to see a girl in deep depression - it would be me at this moment

Talk about food depression --- both Skunka and I are missing Chick Fil-A and there is NO way to get any.... and don't even get me started on Dole Whips!!!!

Denise -- So sorry to hear your news. Please let us know if there is anything we can do to help. I really hope that the PBS thing comes through. I think it could make a big difference in getting Rees's story (and others like him who are unjustly being denied) out and would help snowball a public support campaign. Prayers and PD to you and your beautiful family.

Ingredients:
1 Quart pineapple juice (Dole)
1 tsp vanilla
3 cups cream
3 cups sugar
milk

Mix the pineapple juice and sugar until all the sugar is dissolved. Next add the cream and vanilla. Poor mixture into the Ice Cream Maker. Add milk to the "fill line" Follow the regular instructions of your Ice Cream Maker. Serve right out of the Maker for a soft serve taste or place in freezer and allow to set.

Is there anything that you can't find????? Now of course, all I need to do is go and purchase an ice cream maker.... WAY cheaper to buy an ice cream maker than plan another trip to WDW.

CAn I just ask what "pulling the strip" means?

They have slips of paper in a sleeve labeled with their names. For each discipline problem they pull a strip. At 4 strips they are sent to the Principal's office.
