Hi everyone, I have a morning funny for you...

A sign in the Bank Lobby reads: "Please note that this Bank is installing new Drive-through teller machines enabling customers to withdraw cash without leaving their vehicles. Customers using this his new facility are requested to use the procedures outlined below when accessing their accounts.

After months of careful research, MALE & FEMALE procedures have been developed. Please follow the appropriate steps for your gender."

MALE PROCEDURE:

1. Drive up to the cash machine.

2. Put down your car window.

3. Insert card into machine and enter PIN.

4. Enter amount of cash required and withdraw.

5. Retrieve card, cash and receipt.

6. Put window up.

7. Drive off.


FEMALE PROCEDURE:

1. Drive up to cash machine.

2. Reverse and back up the required amount to align car window with the machine.

3. Set parking brake, put the window down.

4. Find handbag, remove all contents onto passenger seat to locate card.

5. Tell person on cell phone you will call them back and hang up .

6. Attempt to insert card into machine.

7. Open car door to allow easier access to machine due to its excessive distance from the car.

8. Insert card.

9. Re-insert card the right way.

10. Dig through handbag to find diary with your PIN written on the inside back page.

11. Enter PIN.

12. Press cancel and re-enter correct PIN.

13. Enter amount of cash required.

14. Check makeup in rear view mirror.

15. Retrieve cash and receipt.

16. Empty handbag again to locate wallet and place cash inside.

17. Write debit amount in check register and place receipt in back of checkbook.

18. Re-check makeup.

19. Drive forward 2 feet.

20. Reverse back to cash machine.

21. Retrieve card.

22. Re-empty hand bag, locate card holder, and place card into the slot provided.

23. Give dirty look to irate male driver waiting behind you.

24. Restart stalled engine and pull off.

25. Redial person on cell phone.

26. Drive for 2 to 3 miles.

27. Release Parking Brake

Ok, I do the second one alot..back & forth to get perfectly aligned with the window, but then I am too far out from the window & end up getting out of the van anyway!

I need to ask you all for some pixie dust and prayers. (Although mine seems so small in comparison with the others the last couple of days) I found out last night that my husband will be going in to his last day of work this morning. They are closing the store that he is working at with little notice to everyone. This wouldn't be to big of a deal if I knew he would actually go out and look for another job but it took seven months of sitting on his hiney to even look for this job....AND as you can see from my signature we are trying to go to WDW this summer for our first trip. Hard to do that on just my income.

So I am a little stressed out !!

Yesterday though I made a funny typo in the Sunday bulletin for all to see. For the Men's Retreat I put the meeting place as Templed HELLS instead of Templed Hills. Can't wait to hear about that on Monday.

! I'm sorry to hear about your husband's job. I hate when things like that happen with so little notice too. Lots of pixie dust that he'll get out and find something quickly!

Hey Marti - Thanks for asking!

We actually talked about it on Saturday (too tired on Friday). And...

Would you believe it, we're making plans to go on a whirlwind trip next weekend to do the tour, and (hopefully) begin the paperwork process??!!

We looked at every aspect of it, and DH agrees that this is a pretty good deal. He still wants to see more info. about trading out of DVC, and hopefully that lovely little FedEx package will arrive on Monday (we were hoping today, but no dice). We looked at pictures, point charts, and spreadsheets until our minds were spinning!

So, with 2 free SWA tickets just sitting in my account waiting to be used and AP call-in rates back in play, we're off next Friday night!

How exciting!! Tell me how you did it

Our drive-in just reopened last summer after being closed for years. I was so excited Our ds had never experienced this before, so it was cool to take them. They loved it & we look forward to them opening this spring.

forget staying up our hardest part is finding a drive in that is running....they are becoming extinct!!

I did look at pair of the Tinkerbell ears, but I decided to buy a shirt instead. There is a new Tink shop at MGM(use to be Pooh items)& I went crazy lol Speaking of the hats, someone was asking about the graduate ears(sorry don't remember who it was). I did not see any in the shops, but I did see a group of girls wearing them. So they are available, just not sure where. If you have not found them yet, I would call merchandising.

Those are too cute! I'm heading to DL in June, and I'll definitely be looking for a pair of those!
