I think HPs are the best printers also. Just my opinion. I have two and they both work great. One is approximately 4 years old and still going strong. I usually get the all in one printers. printer/fax/scanner/copier. I have the HP PSC 2210. It is great for pictures. It also has the different slots for memory cards. I got this one on E-bay for about 75.00.

My daughter asked me to make changes to the family design for her to put on her knitting tote bag. Here is the modified design for her. I've printed the design, washed, dried & ironed the totes. Now all I have to do is get the nerve to actually go down and iron it on. Wish me luck! :scratchin I'm not sure I'm up to it. My husband does his own ironing and I try not to wear anything that needs ironing.

It was inspired by Julia & Nick's Mom name design.

The ironing is really the easy part to me. I am sure you will do a great job.

Hello all...

I need a new color printer...so I am looking for recommendations/advice. I would like one that prints of a fairly high quality and doesn't cost more than $200. Anyone??
I have a 3 in 1 HP psc 2110v.
It prints scans & copies.
I love it.
I have had it a couple of years with no problems.

I've heard that HP are really good. The cartridges are a bit more, but the print jets are part of the cartridge so you actually change the jet each time you change the cartridge. I have a canon that I really like, but I have no idea how to clean or change the jets. Eventually I will need to find out.

We bought my MIL the HP Photosmart 8250 for Christmas. It is their newer model that has about 6 different printer cartridges, so you're only replacing the ones you use the most. I think the replacement cartridges are about $10/piece.

It prints great! It retails for between $175-$199, but around the holidays, I was able to get a $50 MIR on it.

I buy the HP generic cartridges from Office Depot and they are about half price the HP brand and work great. The cartridges also last a long time. I can really print a lot with one cartridge.

Glynis. It is so wonderful of you to do so much to make your neighbors trip magical. You are a true fairy godmother as you make dreams come true.

Blueeyes. Welcome back.

Great designs posted by all.

I've been helping my 4th grader complete his project on wolves. He decided to make a wolf habitat diorama, brochure and t-shirt to accompany his oral report. He has great ideas, but it ended up being a lot of homework for both of us. Here is the t-shirt design, though I think he wants it to only say Wolves now :confused3

Here is the diorama. Paper mache, paint and a lot of trees that we made out of garland. We also put a stream in there, but it's hard to see. The moon actually lights up.

There is a little picture of a deer herd in there as he needed to show the wolves prey and I didn't have anything else on hand.

That's exactly what we used to do!! We had a bed in the back of our van so us (is that right grammer police Amy?) kids would fall asleep back there durng the 2nd movie. That was SO fun!!

Well, Tia, since you asked.... :teeth:

Your sentence should read, "We had a bed in the back of our van so we, kids, would fall asleep back there during the second movie."

It's really easy to figure out when to use "we" or "us." Just take out the "kids" and listen to how it sounds. :flower:

Oh, and grammar is spelled with an "ar" not an "er." :upsidedow

I'll stop now, but you asked!!! :rotfl:

Amy :)

It's official. We put down our deposit this morning and are now DVC members. Thank all of you for your information, advice and well wishes. We are so excited. We aren't even planning to go until Summer 2007, but a least we know we'll be staying onsite  . We have never taken the tour so that will be something else to look forward too.

Oooooh, I'm so jealous!!! Congrats!!! :flower:

Hi my DDA friends! :goodvibes

My grandma is still here, but I've been trying to keep up with your posts. She's leaving around lunchtime tomorrow, so I should be able to go on posting frenzy soon! :teeth:

We're having a nice visit, but it can be a little trying to have a houseguest for five days. Luckily, I have Kevin and Alyssa to help me "entertain." :flower:

Miss you all!
Amy :)

Cute song - never heard it before

If I had I may not have thought it would be a good idea to jump from my chest of drawers to my bed when I was a kid - slipped on my socks - fell on the floor - one fat lip and one swollen ankle!

Yes, that is a song I had not heard until we moved here but we had lots they don't have, they never heard of Noddy and bigears until a couple of years ago, and Enid Blyton stories are not available here.

They is however a doughnut song my DD used to sing here (something about a penny) that was so cute and I wish I had the words.

You can make a purchase without being on-site? I thought you had to be there to purchase real estate. What is the deposit amount, when do you start payments? Which credit card did you end up using?

Deb your son's project looks awsome. He should get an A for that. Looks like a lot of work.

Also congrats on your purchase. Yeah I am jelous but I know better than to even suggest this to DH as he would think I was totally insane. We have to kids going to college in the next two years and another one just starting school so no DVC for me. Maybe someday in the future.

My mom is taking me and my DS5 on our upcoming trip otherwise we would not be able to go right now. I am so excited. I love anything Disney.
