Vicki,

Selecting your favorites only puts them on top then they list suggestions and then finally they have the rest as Even more Fun.

Here is a picture. I could not get a better picture.

Steve is going to NYC July 31 & August 1 for business - I think we will go up the Friday before that

I had thought he would not be up for another DDA meet but I was wrong - he loved all of you!!

Chris and I are definitely up for a NYC meet, but we will be at WDW from July 21 - August 12. We were thinking something sooner. Late winter or early spring perhaps?

I can't swing another trip in this spring - but everyone else might be up for it then

Kate,

Do you have any idea where you will be staying yet?

do you think our DHs petitioned pete to shut the DIS down for the weekend?

It wasn't my dh. He's on here more than I am lately :rotfl2: I have to send him to bed because he can't tear himself away.

O man....so the wpasadi thing posted that the audience task is to rewrite the words to a song....now they posted the prize...I wish i could do this, buti cant think of anything for this song...wanted to let everyone who is working on it know the prize!

OKAY WHILE WE WAIT FOR THE JUDGES TO GRADE THE SHIPS
IT IS YOUR TURN................

YOU NEED TO REWRITE THE LYRICS TO THE WELL KNOWN LOVE BOAT THEME

I've never heard this song before. I might have but I don't recall hearing it.

How are we supposed to get our entries in, if the Disboards are down from 5pm Friday for 24 to 48 hours as the deadline is Saturday at 7pm? :confused3 :confused3 This wasn't thought through very well.

I just typed a lenghty post and it disappeared :confused3

I made it through an entire shift at work tonight. Either I'm feeling better or I timed the meds better :thumbsup2

We had a busy day today. I had to make treats for all 3 classes. Then we went to Nick's school and watched him perform an African Dance. They have had a teacher here from Africa for 2 weeks. They have learned about the African culture and learned songs and dances which they performed today. After the show I signed Nick out and we took Colby to school for his mini concert and lunch. The show was so good. I was so proud of him. I video taped it, but have no idea how to post a video here. They had great props and learned little movements for each song. Logan was shy and wouldn't participate, but all the other kids did great. Then we had a nice lunch with lots of yummy treats. Colby's school has also had teachers visiting from other countries. They have 2 ladies from Japan. They are so nice and have made all kinds of neat oragamy items for the kids. They also gave each of them a kamono that can be worn or can be hung on the wall. Colby got lots of little things from his regular teachers too. He also has some presents for us, but we can't open them until Christmas  Overall it was a pretty good day.

Chuck wants to know if they have setup a support group for us to help us get through this. :lmao:

I almost forgot my most important news of the day. Our insurance company has approved our request for a special needs stroller for Hunter. The cost of the stroller is over $1500 and it will be completely covered between our 2 insurances :thumbsup2 Now I can stop worrying about stroller issues for our next trips. It is a huge load off my mind.

As soon as I read about the DIS being down I told Chris that I would just have to burn up some of my free long distance cell phone minutes. I can call anyone for free between 9 PM (eastern time) on Friday and 7 AM on Monday :cool1: They can't stop me :rotfl: :rotfl: We have email address too so we don't have to be completely isolated do we?
