Hi!

I'm trying really hard to be as productive as possible, so I'm not a crabby, stressed-out mommy by the time Christmas gets here. Last year, my morning sickness was awful (how are you feeling Robyn?), and I didn't feel like doing much. This year, I'm concentrating on the things I really enjoy doing.

I'm sorry I don't address everyone individually anymore. I just can't keep up. I have really enjoyed all the pictures posted lately. From Christmas trees and children with Santa to new babies (congratulations Grandma Ellen!) and cute animals, we are a talented and blessed bunch!

I hope you all have a great day (and a great week, since I only post every few days! ).

Bernadette raised my curiosity with her comment that Santa doesn't wrap presents at her house. Does anyone else do this? We have two trees, and I was thinking that we'd put wrapped presents from Mommy and Daddy under our traditional tree (in the living room) and an unwrapped Mickey Mouse Clubhouse and accessories from Santa under our Disney tree in our family room.

We visited Santa at the mall on Sunday. Kevin brought his new camera too, and these are some of the images he captured, along with a few others from the day.

As you can see, Santa couldn't make Matthew smile, but his sister sure can!

I don't think you want to unwrap that Playhouse Christmas morning. I did mine already and the entire set (house, characters, car and phone) has 42 wire tires.

I put Joe's toys on a chair, Lizzy and Emma each get one side of the loveseat -all often have tables by their side with gifts. I put their filled stockings by their gifts so they know which pile is whose.

I found the receipt for the phone in the trunk. That was driving me crazy. OK...crazier.

I did do Joe's pillowcase last night. Good news is it is done and Joe LOVES it. Bad news is it really isn't a project one should start at midnight. Some of the transfers just didn't work right. I don't know if the iron wasn't hot enough, I didn't do it long enough or too long, or poor quality paper or maybe my room was too cold???? BUT...Joe didn't even ask why some look lousy so I guess it isn't as bad as I see it. I'll post pictures later.

What a cutie!!! He is tall. Looks odd to me with Connor running around here who is almost 29 months and wearing 18-24 month clothes.

We had an absolutely fantastic trip. Chuck & I believe that divine providence was looking out for us. Do you all remember about 3 months ago me complaining that AA kept changing my flights and leaving me less time on arrival and departure day for Disney and then I called Disney and they changed the airline for me? Well, if that hadn't happened, I would not have made it to Disney! Our original flight was a layover in Chicago and we would have been grounded in Green Bay! As it was, we had absolutely no trouble flying down. Green Bay and Cincinnati were both clear! Thankfully, we flew overtop all the bad weather and the closed Chicago airport.
