Got the cupcakes done and the tree 3/4 of the way put together. Now I need to head to Nicholas' school for lunch and then pick up Alyssa. I'll be back in an hour or so, to help continue on to the milestone.

This is the fabulous ornament Clare sent me from the ornament exchange. DH saw it straight away and asked if we could get a few more. So we might be getting some as gifts because of Clare.

Good morning DDA!!!!!!!

Live from OKW. Sorry guys, but size matters. Kevin and I moved here from SSR last night. We have a one bedroom villa. O M G. We are right on the golf course. Between two lakes.

I don't know if anyone posted abut the wedding, but it was super! So much fun!!!! The words that Vicki chose were so moving. It was a blast.

Meeting all of the DDA ladies and their families was a blast too.

I could go on and on but we haven't had breakfast yet and it is almost time for lunch. We've got to get to EPCOT.....

MVMCP was wonderful. Everything I dreamed it would be...

The CP with Rita Moreno... Holiday Illuminations, the Osborne Lights, the Studios Holly Day parade...Holiday wishes.... the Fireworks cruise, regular Wishes... the MK MVMCP parade!! everything we've experienced was just like I dreamed it would be. I can not tell you how happy I am....


Well, we're off. Depending on what time we get back to the villa tonight, I will try to come back and elabortae. But know that we are having the time of our lives!!!

Tammi I can't remember if I already said this, but I got mine at Target last year. They were on clearance for $5.00. I think this year I am going to keep an eye out for a fuller one. So much easier not having to put the lights on. Our other tree takes so long to put up, but it is beautiful, I miss it.

OK, I have 2 hours of alone time to get things done. I need to frost Nicholas' cupcakes and take them to school at 11:30. I need to do one more load of laundry, and I would like to get the tree up and the lights on it. Then the kids can help decorate it tonight. I can't wait till I get a prelit tree and one that doesn't have to have each branch assembled! I'm going to be on the lookout for a nice one on 26th!!!

I'm going to set the laptop up in the kitchen so I can monitor things while I am working.

I should be out looking for curtain rods. But it is so cold I do not want to go out. I did take Garrett to school this morning. He usually walks, but with all the snow he would have to walk in the street. None of the sidewalks are cleared & I did not want him to freeze.

hi everyone!
Well, today is a horrible day so far..they dont hvae our student teaching placements and they are trying to blame us for that....we have no input on this at all and do nothing to help this process..so its very frustrating since they dont know when we will have them..thanks for all the good thoughts, hopefully i find out soon!

We did not intentionally not tell him about my brother but he started calling DH dad and we just never really knew how to deal with it so we thought when he got old enough we would sit him down and explain it. By old enough I was thinking in his teens. NOT.

He asked me on the way to school if his real moms latest man friend was his real dad since she was his real mom. SO TONIGHT we will have a talk with him. I sure hope he can understand this and deal with it okay. My heart just breaks for him because his real mom, although she loves him, she does not want the responsibility and it is already hurting him that she gave him away.

If you all have any advise on how to handle this just post away.

...work has been today!? Our computers just came back up - they were probably down all weekend... and this is my first chance for a break - and it's 12:40!!! I didn't realize how hungry I was until I looked at the clock.
Only 6 more days until I'm done with work for vacation!
