I wanted to post an update on our DGD. Our DIL was discharged on Friday, and our granddaughter was discharged yesterday after only 5 days instead of 7. She is doing great!

They had to take her to her pediatrician's office today and tomorrow to get her last 2 antibiotic shots to complete the full 7 days, but they were able to take her home because she was doing so well.

Everyone is doing fine and we were able to take my in-laws to see their great granddaughter on Saturday, and I think we made their whole year. They were soooo happy to live long enough to see a great grandchild, they couldn't stop talking about it.

okay..i think my little posting party is over! I ended up going down to my friend kims house (kimwim8) for a bit..i had so much fun and it was nice to get out!

Im a bit awake now and working on some homework...i cant believe im doing homework at 130am!

Tomorrow i have the day off to work on some last papers and things ...My student teaching teacher called me tonight and i will be meeting with her Friday at 11--she seemed so nice on the phone, b ut im still nervous.

Im not sure whats going on with my boyfriend, but seems like something is wrong...its really bothering me, especially since hes up at school and i havent seen him in awihle..im hoping its just hes stressed with the end of classes, but i dunno ..

Deb - Congratulations to Chris and Hunter, I think it's great that father and son are taking Karate together.

Tammi - Alyssa is definitely one gorgeous ballerina, I used to love watching the "babies" during my daughter's recitals, they were so cute.

Jennifer - great pictures, of your photopass pictures my favorite is one of the three of you with Tink, the picture of Olivia on Jeff's shoulders is just priceless.

I know that I've missed many of you, so here's a group hug all around, , Christmas in retail is really the pits and I'm struggling to make time for family this year. Luckily it has warmed up enough so that we can shop around for someone to work on our heater, I just don't want to go with the first guy without at least having someone else check it out.
