I edited the purple rose to eliminate the extra space at the end if anyone wants it for their signature.

Thanks Denise. That is just what I wanted.

I just read June's Tag:

Seems very appropriate!!

"Keep the board going for me while I'm gone, but don't be TOO prolific!!!"

That does seem to fit, doesn't it? Although, now, I think she will be keeping up with us all the time!

I'm back. I had to take Becky to a dentist appointment. We got a flat tire on the car and we haven't got it fixed yet. The only vehicle available was the suburban and she hasn't learned to drive that big honking thing yet. I also have to teach her to drive the little black vehicle which has a standard transmission. That is going to be her vehicle as soon as she learns how to drive it.

Glynis -

Vicki & Chanon - do you really want to see the nasty pictures of my knee and ice pack - Chanon asked me again today to make sure I post them - maybe I will just pm you

I'm here, coming to you all for support. I think we all have heavy hearts tonight, and it is good that we can come here to comfort each other.

I would love to see them! I hope your PT went well today. How are you feeling tonight?

I have a question for you WDW people: In DL there is a walkway that runs through the courtyard between DL and DCA and patrons can purchase a brick engraved with anything they want (family name, wedding date, etc.) and that brick is placed in the "Patron's Pathway." I thought I read that WDW has something similar to that. I was wondering if anyone knew if June had one, and if not, would that be something that would interest anyone in doing for her. We all know that WDW was her favorite place in the world, and this might be a way of honoring her.

I don't know how much it would cost, but it was just a thought.

where is everyone tonight?

I had to take my dd to buy pants and drive Matthew to a Scout meeting.

Did you know that even little size 0-1 girls have trouble getting jeans that fit right and have to try on a dozen pairs?

Matthew is braver than I am. He is at a leaders' meeting for Scouts tonight. He is the SPL (Senior Patrol Leader) this year. He and the assistant SPL were both supposed to be at the meeting, but the ASPL couldn't make it. So my 15 year old is there with adult leaders. I know that I would have pitched a fit if anyone asked me to do that. He was supposed to be home a half hour ago. He was exhausted before he went, so I'm sure he is more than ready to come home. I should have said that I was picking him up by 9:00 instead of believing that they wouldn't get long-winded.

And I have to go fold laundry now.

:grouphug: to all!

You guys got me crying again.
I'm always amazed at how much we are a family without even realizing it.

Well pass the tissues to me. I am in from church and thought I would check in to see how everyone was handling the news. Some of you were blessed enough to meet June but some of us just "talked" back and forth on the thread. Either way she touched all of us in her special way. Ya'll are right....I will never look at Goofy the same again.

What about the Leave a Legacy wall at Epcot?? You can either have your picture made or have an inscription place on the tile.

edit: WOW Kate.....we were thinking the same thing

Yes, I would really like to see the pictures.

Yes, and I think you can do just a saying for Leave a Legacy. It doesn't have to be a photo. Excellent ideas Glynis and Kate.

ETA: you too Lynn. Sharing the brain I see.

Can't we take a photo to do it? Can we take her goofy picture - b/c I can think of nothing better than having that forever there at WDW!!!!
