My mother had to pick up a g-string for my grandfather once. My sister couldn't figure out why in the world my grandfather would want a g-string. She was totally embarrassed when my mom walked in the store and asked for it. Then she realized it was for his violin.

My sinuses are really driving me crazy. I'll be fine for a couple of days and then go through an entire box of kleenex as my nose won't stop running. I have a doctors appointment this afternoon. I'm afraid I may now have allergies.

What she's really trying to do is to catch back up to me post wise....

DDA, I have an idea to cheer up June!​

I am going to make a giant "Get Well, June!" sign. When we go to WDW in 3 weeks, I'm going to get a group photo of us holding it by the Goofy statue. If we all did that when we go, I bet she'd love it! What do you think?​

John and I both sat down and prayed together last night for her. I'm crying again thinking of the struggles she faces. BUT, we all know what a fighter June is, and I am positive she will beat this monster and recover fully! DDA Prayer Warriors unite!

I love this idea! I can't wait to see the pictures and I know June will love it.

People sent me extra notes for treasure boxes as they were needed. I'll be shipping one off to June today. If anyone wants to add notes to the treasure box, wait a couple of days (so that the box has time to arrive) and then send extra notes to her with your next card. This is something that she can look forward to everyday.

Amy, I loved all the pictures of the kids. They are so adorable. You don't ever have to ask whether there are too many pictures though. The answer is NEVER!!!! I love looking at all the happy DDA kids and adults and their adventures!

Who do you do Secret Pals with? I was wondering if the DDA would want to do secret pals? My female cousins and I used to exchange names every year and announce it at the Christmas party. My dad had 12 brothers & sisters and my mother had 8 so I have LOTS of cousins!!!!

That would be so much fun!!!! If you decide to do this, count me in!

I actually haven't posted any from this past trip as of yet. I did post a couple of pics of our March trip last night that showed Miyuki doing her candy-making in Japan, since we were talking about it. I'm not sure what page - I'll go back and post a link.
