I'm the one that doesn't like the beans! The tomato paste is a good idea. I also think I will put jalapenos on half, and a dollop of sour cream on top when served.

Good idea about the sour cream. It would be perfect with sour cream and some guacamole. I think I may try it with salsa instead of the tomatoes, too. Just to shake the flavor up a little bit. My kids like spicy, so I can experiment a little bit!

Mornin DDA! Sorry I've been MIA the last couple of weeks. Thanks for checking in on me Chanon! I admit I've skimmed here and there but honestly don't know much of what has been going on. So if anyone fancies a recap I would appreciate it. My schedule and routine has changed that it will take me a while to settle into it. I'm sure once we get going I will be back a little more often.

Things have been a little crazy around here. Emma started school today so we have been making it a priority to try to spend more time with her. We also had a wedding and then have been getting everything in order to buy our first house, we have been renting with option to buy for the 3 years. Thankfully we don't have to move! If all goes well we will settle mid September. And then there is Mo. We had to move her back into her crib as we have had many issues with her not napping and sleeping in the toddler bed. She did great for a while and then just decided that she would stay up during nap time and it was taking her about 3 hours to go to sleep at night. So when she was up she was very grumpy. She has been a 7pm-7am sleeper since she was 3 weeks old.

Nice to see you again. Good luck with Emma starting school and Molly getting back into her sleep routine. and congrats on the house.

Clare, we ate at the Biergarten, and a British woman told me that she travels to Germany several times a year for business and has never seen them serving that type of food. So you may be right about the US not making English food correctly.

But the servers are SO nice at R&C and we always enjoy our meals there. So much so that we have decided to grace them with our presence on Christmas Eve this year. Can't think of a better place to spend that night than with the jolly folks who work there.

Hi, all!

We are finally home, but I wish we were still at Disney. I have a ton of laundry to do, and I need to get out to the store. And I have to start thinking about school which starts in 9 days for the kids and my preschool starts the week after that!

Thanks so much to Paula for our SSP! Bernadette and Anne Marie were surprised! I'm sorry that it became such a hassle (who would think that someone else with my name would check-in/out on the same days as me!). I have a photo of Bernadette and myself somewhere on CD, but they one with the three of us didn't get taken with my camera. I'm sure that Bernadette or Anne Marie can supply one when they get back.

It was a wonderful, marvelous trip. The weather was almost perfect. The crowds were light. The free dining was delicious. Fourteen days was too long for two members of my party, about right for two, and too short for me!

I'll fill you all in more later, but I have to get some things done around here. I also have to organize the 1200+ photos that I took.

Would someone please PM me a synopsis of the past two weeks? There is no way that I can ever catch up at this point!

Start hearing a weird noise....

What could it be??

Sounds like something moving around...

Like scurrying...

I must have a mouse in the house.....H E L P!!

Lights off....all warm and cozy....

Noise again...like scampering around....

Sounds like...MANY MICE!!!!

Wide awake....

Finally doze off...

Until, the "noise" comes back

3:00 am

4:00 am

Finally fall asleep...

Awake suddenly...am totally convinced I felt a mouse running on my head!!

No more sleep...

Alarm rings at 7am

I get out of bed................I hear it again!! I get on the floor to look for mice...

What do I see you ask??????????????????????????




My brand new computer chair, has a tag hanging from it...and in the path of the air conditioning keeps hitting my desk...making this noise....like MICE I tell you!!!!

Why... what were you up doing??????????

Thanks, everyone, for welcoming me back! I am in a bit of a post-Disney depression, plus I picked up a nasty cold while I was there (and still have an annoying cough), and I have so much to get done already. It's great to have everyone welcoming me!
