Hopefully there won't be any people around from this thread taking pictures as I stumble out of the concierge lounge and fall into the pool!! :rotfl2:

I will say I love the concierge lounge for lost of reasons, but I love it for the wine and cheese hours in the evening. :drinking1 :drinking:

I think there will be plenty of DISers there to get a picture!!

You might want to be careful before the wedding and cruise - because a picture of you falling into the lagoon would be PRICELESS!! :teeth:

:lmao:
That is just a little funny

Poor Bethie!!! That is so painful! The same thing happened to Kate when she was about the same age. Alan had been swinging her by the arms, and one of her elbows popped out. It waas awful! We didn't know what was wrong with her, and I was 8 and a half months preggo with Jacob at the time. Alan ended up taking her to the ER while I stayed home to let the carpet cleaning guy in to our house. Side note: I ended up slipping on some carpet cleaning solution and falling on my rear end. Went into labor that night and Jacob was born the next day, 3 weeks early.

ETA: Your whole family will be in my prayers for the next little while. I'm so sorry that you guys have to go through this!

Now my dilemma - do I tell her or not?!!?

We did the NaPali tour last year - we did a ton of "touristy" stuff the first year we went (2004) because we didn't think we'd be back, and then my parents thrilled us all by buying the time share! So, last year we did the NaPali catamaran tour, and this year just my dad and I did a helicopter tour. (DH is a scuba diver, and he spends all his time and all of our disposable income diving while he's there!) WOW - that was incredible! You get to see the whole island, so much of which you just can't get to via the roads.

I've heard great things about the Hawaii cruise - we have seen the cruise ship a couple of times out at sea!

Yes, like an idiot, I had already banked the remainder of my 2005 points into 2006 because I didn't think there was any way we'd be back before then (our UY is Oct.). But, this way we will have those points to stay on in December, and we get the free dining and to check out the BC. I've wanted to stay there, but wanted to make sure it was a time of year that we'd use the SAB - and needless to say, it is usually plenty hot in August! :goodvibes We will become "points poor" for the next few years, as we are banking/using/borrowing to take our entire families in late 2007!

banking/ using/ borrowing? Dear Lindsay they have help for this type of thing. :)

Happy to read that you are planning lots of fun the next year. (can I hide away in one of your bags?)

So here a photos of the "Cars" room that I have been working on.

This is the race car bed with toddler Cars bedding set. The wall has stick on "Cars" and a crafty picture.

He also has a Mater blow up chair that already has a leak (I think I blew it up too much on the air compressor) and a Lightning McQueen Lounge chair. I have all the little McDonald cars on his racetrack rug. I think it is pretty cute. I still need to make him a new blanket, but otherwise I think I'm done. I do need to make a couple more trips to McDonalds as we don't have Luigi or Doc Hudson yet. Maybe we missed them, I'm not sure?

Deb

HOW COOL A MOM ARE YOU!!!!! FABULOUS!!!!!

Should have also put....that is what our own Paula is in.

My sister did her time in the NNG- Navy National Guard. They just put the department before National Guard.

I am a reservist (USAFR). The AFNG is owned by the gov of the state as well as the Pres of the US, reservist are owned by the Pres only. I know this is a bit strange, but we have three parts to the armed forces.

We are at the beach and have a wireless network we seem to be able to access! The weather is gorgeous and I took this picture from one of our decks early this morning. I probably won't read much but will post any wonderful shots I get. I miss you all and we have been talking about you the past two days! :rotfl:

How funny you should ask that question!!! I had the same dilemma when it happened to Katie. Do I tell my mom? I wasn't going to, reasoning that I wasn't going to have the baby for 3 weeks, and she would be fine by then, no reason to prove mom right, you know? Unfortunately, I went into labor and mom rushed up to be with me when Jacob was born. She saw Katie with her arm in the sling and the cat was out of the bag. Luckily, she was a little preoccupied with watching her grandson be born, so I escaped a lecture. I think she gave it to Alan, though. He was pretty sheepish when he and mom brought Katie to the hospital to meet Jacob.

Well, good night my friends! It's been a long day and I'm bushed! I have to get my house ready for book club tomorrow, so if you see me posting ask me if I've done my housework. I'll need a bit of prodding. I just can't seem to get motivated to do anything. Maybe I'm coming down with a cold.

Check you all out tomorrow!
