I kept telling them that I was making memories for myself and I was quite aware Lucas wouldn't remember it.

Don't let the haters get you down! They're the same people that don't understand taking a trip to Disney more than once!!

That's what I tell everyone. They all say, oh he's too young, he won't remember. I say, he'll enjoy it while he's there, WE will remember it, we'll have pics, etc. It's like, why buy him Christmas presents, or play with him now? He won't remember that either! It's crazy talk lol

I hate that logic of "he/she won't remember." so stupid. If people are going to say that...then they may as well say "Don't bring them to the zoo. Don't take them to the park. Etc. because they won't remember." Duh.

I should totally leave you a hidden note or something somewhere! Of course, Disney would just find it and throw it away.

My babies are 9 and 10 years old now- hard to believe! I'm sure you have heard this a million times, but enjoy every second. It really does fly by faster than you could ever imagine.

lol, just taking another peek at the pics cuz he is so darn cute!

Has he been eating lots of carrots, his nose looks a little orange haha!

My little guy would get on a carrot kick and his nose and cheeks would look orange, so then I would start pushing the blueberries to even him out .

lol I know, that pic is so funny! It wasn't that cold here, and it was warm inside with the heater on, so he just slept in a onesie. 10 degrees? I would die!

lol I love my little rolly polly! I do get told that a lot, I try to enjoy it all. Even the middle of the night wakings...That's really hard to do haha

It's the sweet potatoes. He loves them. He's not too enthusiastic about the green beans and peas, so he'll just have to look orange lol.

santa brought that mickey rocker for caleb too!! but santa did not realize how small it was and i have a tall 15 month old...so new baby cousin may be getting it when she gets here in may! LOL! he rocks on it but it is not going to last long.

Poor Brayden...he looks like he did not get any toys! LOL! DH said Santa went a little overboard this christmas but he needed all of those cooking utensils and food for the new awesome kitchen with its own grill that Mawma got him! LOL!

and we too are going to Disney in Feb. Caleb will be 16 mos old. we know he won;t remember but the rest of us will so thats all that matters. Though we might find out if Disney is hard with a toddler that does not want to sit still! LOL! BUt he loves his Handy manny and Mickey mouse so he will be very excited to see them with his older 3 yr old cousin!

edited to add that he also got that blender...and i must say i am quite disappointed in it...it does not "blend" very fast! good thing he has not figured it out yet!

My niece always had an orange nose because of sweet potatoes too. Now she's 4 and hates all potatoes, including sweet potatoes. Go figure.

Where I live, you have to go to the "ritzy" shopping area to get a good Santa.
