pick up DS11 from school
homework / snack
pick up DS16 from soccer practice

evening with the boys

I'm working. First girl scout troop meeting of the year tonight. This is the first year we're meeting on a work day for me. Should be interesting...

Looking for casserole ideas for meals to make for Betsy. Does anyone have any that they really like?

I made pumpkin blondies yesterday. Oh my...more cake-like than brownie-like, but they are sooooooooooooo good!

DH had to be at work at 3AM this morning so I was up when he got up and slept fitfully after that.

Today:

wash litchen rugs
clean living room window
vacuum
watch DVC webcast video to get free litho
quick run to grocery for two items I missed yesterday - duh!

grab milk for me.. we are out AGAIN!!!!! My DS11 thinks we own a cow in the backyard..he alone will drink a gallon of chocolate milk in a day... I think he is gonna have to pick up another chore to warrant his own supply of milk!!!

Ha,ha! I remember when my older nephews were that way. I have 4 that are exactly a year apart; they are now 18, 19, 21, 21 (almost 22!) and my sister and brother would just go insane with all the milk they drank and the food they ate. If they went out to dinner, they always went to a buffet so the boys would get their fill!

She's not picky...her husband, on the other hand...But, he's not my concern, she is. I'll ask before I make anything "different" though.

I do a Mexican cassarole

square pan - pam it so things don't stick
tear up torillas - flour is my prefer but corn will work too
can of refired beans
ranch style beans - if you have them & a big pan
brown hambuger meat - one package with one onion & bell peppers chopped up in it
Hot sauce if you like hot
cheese

just layer it all - baked until everything hot
