Good Morning :)

I hope everyone is staying cool--our AC is having trouble keeping the house cooler than 83 (at least that is still better than outside)

It's so quiet here with Sarah at Drum Major Academy for the week and Rachel at drama camp all day :) Hopefully I can get at least some work done on the character swap today.

Have a great day all :)

It's HOT! Supposed to be 90 or over today, tomorrow, and Friday. Not fun. I'm a delicate flower and cannot handle this heat! :lmao:

I'm working, so at least I'm cool in the A/C here. My house is shut up so hopefully it will keep cool and if not, DH will get the A/Cs blaring there so before I get home it will cool off.

I hope everyone stays cool and has a great day!

Cheryl, I hope your back feels better.

Annie, drive safe!

Nan, where did you find the Varsity letter cartridge for $18?

Lisa, I bet you had no trouble with sweet-talking ;)

Buffy, stay cool! It's supposed to be hot hot hot!

Good morning - have the central air on here!
no dgs - it is too quiet!
finished the baby book for my friend's dd last night - loved making it
lunch with a friend, back here to work on another important scrapping project
heat wave is fully on here now too through the weekend

Try to stay cool everyone. Have a good day! :thumbsup2

Good Morning all! missed you all while we were gone!

Hope everyone in the heat stays cool and your AC can keep up!

My Walmart had all the lite carts for $18.00... It was one I had been eyeing for a few months... with my kids playing on varsity sports teams I thought it would be beneficial.

PJ graduates this year and is on the Varsity XC team for her 4th year (she has ran since she was in 6th grade the longest on the team).. So, I'm going to tell Coach I want to decorate the senior lockers (me and another mom decorate them for county, sectionals, and any advance races)...but I want to do something special for the Seniors.... I want to take the Varsity letter and with smaller letters put their name or senior down it vertically.
I also want to include a photo of them in a race... So I have to get my camera out for photos of their first race..

I also need to talk to coach about senior gifts too.. I think there is only 4 Seniors.. 2 boys; 2 girls.. maybe between the moms the girls will take the guys and the guys the girls so that no one gets more than another....

ETA: Coach is okay with being "told" what we would like to do.. He is a man so the creative gene is not out front..and he loves for the parents to take control of these things and he'll focus on the coaching! It's a good combo for all of us!

Wow, Buffy, last time I saw you up this early was breakfast at Ohana's.

Scary isn't it!!!! This is my new daily routine, at least for summer. I'll probably have to carry it through to school because all the kids want lunch from home now.

You too!!! We are staying in today except to maybe go to the chiropractor. The ACs have been running over time, I dread the electric bill this month!!

I went from $150 in May to $250 in June, and I still turned them off at night.

Between hooking up the RV to the garage to do stuff and running the AC all day and night it's probably going to be $400!!

:faint: Ours went from $117 in May to $154 in June. We tend to run them all night, turn them off during the day (except for weekends). I just know that July is going to be a HUGE bill.

Omg $400  Ours went from a little over $100 for May to $220 for June, I'm really scared to see the bill for July. We have the A/C on for most of the day and try to turn it off at night. We may need to re-think that for the next few days. It has been 75 inside the house when we wake up so it doesn't take very long for it to get to over 80--too hot for inside the house!

My back is feeling better today :) But, the doctor told me to take it easy and not spend too much time at my scrapping table or he would put me on bed rest:scared1:
