You have to report back on that! If it gives you a better day, I'll have to try it too!

But sending :wizard: for when it gets difficult...

Holly's "penny in the pocket" might help...

Last year our secretary/registrar just came in one day and said, "TODAY, we are NOT complaining". If we said anything remotely resembling someting negative, she would smile and say, "Not doing that". By lunch, it had SO helped the mood!! I'm going to try the penny in the pocket thing too!

I hope your day is an awesome one and that things are not stressful at work for you either!

Morning all!! I will jump on the no complaining day thing too! Can't hurt right??

Weather still crappy here - not complaining - its a factual statement!:lmao:

DD2.5 was up at 3:30 this morning so day off to a slow start

DW loaded - gotta finish those few in the sink
Reboot laundry - white loads
Swim lessons at 11:30
Grocery Store
Michaels for embellies to finish sports swap

Confirm appt with title company to sign docs for construction loan -
Call DMV for replacement tags on DHs car - on hold right now - AAARRGGGHH nobody can help me - gonna have to go to DVM AGAIN!! Nothing I like better.
Really, really need to vacuum!!

Alrighty! Everyone have a positive, no complaning kinda day!

I'm complaining! It's "Admin Professionals Day" today (it's actually all week), and my boss once again did NOTHING! Jerk!

Obviously, I'm at work, and I'm cranky and complaining. On a good note, he left and doesn't expect to be back, but he'll call, and because of that, I can't leave.

Princess is at my sister's today. She was at my mother's but my mother has been "sick" since she got home from Florida nearly 2 weeks ago, so my sister went and picked her up. She's a first class hypochondriac, so I doubt it's really anything, but I'm at the point of not knowing what to do about her. Her apartment is a sty, she barely leaves the place, and she won't call the doctor even when she says she's "sick."

I think I need to find some chocolate.

I agree - you *need* chocolate - it makes it all better :goodvibes

I'm not sure I like this "no complaining" thing - if I can't whine here, where can I? :lmao:

Busy morning at the office - eek - and I'll be working some "overnights" next week just before the Manchester CKC (my shift will be midnight to 6 a.m.) Not sure the American citizens will appreciate all my hard work (!) on the census, but oh, well.

Heading out to the docs now (on the bus) - I noticed a floater spot in my vision about two hours ago and now have some pressure/slight pain in that eye. Want to make sure it isn't a detaching retina or other big problem like age-related macular degeneration (inherited from my dear old mom who has both). Sigh. It is always something around here. Hoping it is nothing, since I'm supposed to go to NYC with DS tomorrow and he is very excited...

crossing fingers everything is okay for you Pam.

I'm wishing the no complaining day was yesterday......

what a day I had at work if I didn't have swim run I would be sitting here with a drink!!!!!!!

okay done complaining.

Jennifer what a BAD boss somebody better clue him in!
Rhonda hope you sleep tonight

Please keep us posted, Pam! My biggest fear is my eyes...My grandmother had an eye removed because because of glaucoma (she had a glass one) and was basically blind in the other eye. I'm sure I inherited her eyes!
