This is one of the worst meals I have had anywhere--at Disney or anywhere else in the world.
Short version: We showed up very early from our PS time (expecting a wait) and weren't seated until over 20 minutes past our PS time. I can deal with that. But that already closed down 80% of the buffet; what food was left was disgusting (looking & tasting), and that's being nice. The service was non existant. It took a good 15 minutes to give our drink order and about equal to get the drinks. Yes, we ate without getting anything to drink. We barely saw the characters, never Pooh. And when we complained to the manager, we got zero response.
The majority of people do have a good experience there, but if you do a search on the restruant board, you'll find that there are quite a few of us who get lousy experiences as well. Personally, I'd go with Donald's, Chef Mickey's or 1900 Park Fair (which has Pooh).
