That's my favourite burger there too!

We've been 4 or 5 times now and every time has been excellent, last visit was a lunchtime and food wasn't up to scratch......we got cold fries........but they made it right and we got a guest services voucher for a free meal there this year coming. No complaints for me and can't wait to eat there again.......

Every restaurant will have an issue now and again.........

Glad you enjoyed the burger too! Definitely a favourite of mine! And yes, when we explained what happened, it wasn't a huge deal, but they did offer the comped meal through a gift voucher immediately........nice touch.

This is really how it's going to go in most parts of the service industry. Sometimes, customers are very rude to the serving staff, or they might misinterpret an interaction or go with ~the customer is always right~ when they're being very rude, but for the most part, it'll go like this.

OKAY SO, I'm going to have three days in Universal in the fall and was wondering if The Cowfish was good or worth the money? The menu looks amazing, but I was wondering if it's really all that it's cracked up to be. Thanks in advance, guys!

My family tried Cowfish on our trip last April. None of us cared for it. It just wasn't anything special. Service was so so and the food was meh. We have no desire to return. Expensive for what it is.
