The countdown to POP Century - September 2011!!!!

My husband & I will be at POP - Sept 19th to 28th! Booked with Free Dining. And going to MNSSHP Sept 27th.

My husband, DD (7), DS (5), and myself will be staying at the POP on our first Disney vacation September 10-17. I am so excited! I have made my dining reservations and had no trouble getting what I wanted. I just made another payment this morning! We are surprising the kids with the trip, they have no clue we are planning it. They probably won't know until end of August beginning September that we are going. I can't wait!!!!!!!

We are headed to Pop Century for the first time (Been to DW & DL before)... so excited - there are 19 of us in the group coming (8 kids)... should be a fun trip

Whats the best area of Pop to stay in with so many kids and a MIL who has some difficulty if walking too much?

Has anyone done Fantasmic - supposed to be a fairly busy day in DHS that day... is it worth it? Should we also do the Fantasmic Dining Plan?

Got you added! 19 Wow! I have never seen Fantasmic. Since they limited the showings of it we have decided to skip HS on those days. I really want to see it some day though.

We are there the same dates you are. We land in MCO at about 2:45pm. and then catching the Magical express. We have requested the Hippy Dippy Pool area. We have 5 DD's ages(5,7,11,12,12) and one 18 yr DS. So excited to do character meals everyday but praying for FD!!

I put you down with the exact same dates as JewelsG so if that is not correct just let me know.

I am soo excited to surprise the kids with the trip the morning of our flights. We will also be getting into MCO around 3 pm....perhaps we will see you there. Our kids will be wearing shirts saying they just found out about the trip.

Ours will have something on too. They will get told when we land in DC and meet with our friends. That's when we will tell them that they are going. So if you hear girls screaming Sept 24th its ours screaming with excitment...

We also wanted to do a waterpark (have passes from prev visit) but don't know how we'll fit it all in... plus DTD... lol - not enought time...
