Checking in tomorrow. I have to work for a couple of hours this morning, then it's off to spend the night near the airport. We have a 730 a.m. flight, so I'm thinking that we'll be having lunch in WDW tomorrow.

Mrs. Grumpy-- first, thanks for starting this thread, it has helped me pass the time waiting for this very day.

Your welcome! It has been fun chatting with everyone for the past year. I hope you have a safe trip! We should be checking in around 4:00 on Sunday and then we will head to MK for EMH!!!! We might just be up for 24 hours straight Please do look for us! I am kind of in my own world sometimes so you might have to yell to get my attention but I would love to meet some fellow Disers.

We're at the end of September as well, and I'm getting so jealous reading about those leaving in the next couple of days!! but EXCITED for everyone too!! I don't post much, but I read several times a day. Nobody else understands my complete obsession with everything DISNEY I still have a ton to do to get me, dh and our 4 kids ready (my job seems to be getting in the way...go figure!). I still have a few weeks to go, but I'd much rather be spending ALL of my time reading these boards and preparing for our vacation, rather than working...but souvenirs are waiting to be bought, and Dole Whips are waiting to be eaten..the more I work, the more $$ to spend

I have to share my Disney moment with people who understand the madness.

Background: We are going to Disney World Sep 16th to the Pop for 10 nights. Mom, Dad and 5 kids. We never thought we could afford this vacation, but I was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis earlier this year and we decided that since you never know what life will hold for your future we better take advantage of the good times we have. Planning and waiting for our vacation has given me something to focus on through some hard times...

ANYWAY- now to the funny story-

I was sitting is church on Sunday listening to a lesson and there was a table with a lace tablecloth on it in the room. All I could think about was how much the lace embroidery looked like hidden Mickey's! So I spend the whole time counting Mickey heads! My hubby thought I was crazy! (I think he is right) I am so excited for our vacation!

I know I am not a big poster, but thanks for letting me keep the excitement alive for 6 months reading from you wonderful folks.

See you all in Sept!

As for the table cloth you sound like me. As for my family they found a hidden Mickey in the air freshner in dh truck. And were laughing cause I didnt see it. I find them everywhere. Even when they aren't there. So excited that you get to spend this time with your family. Wish you the best

I really need this vacation!! 4 more days of work. It has been crazy around there ALL SUMMER and the only thing keeping me going is knowing I will be OUTTA HERE in 4 days, 3 sleeps.

In 6 days, at this exact time, I will be packing the car with last minute items, and almost be on the road!!

So happy for everyone that is leaving for vacay!! 21 DAYS!!! Woohoo!!

Lots still to do.....finish MK shirts for girls, finish pirate tops for MNSSHP for the whole family, finish my gifts for our group and waiting on all the hollister stuff to arrive that I bought online so I can finish packing.

Waiting in the month to go downs the hard part. We leave Sept 22nd to fly down for 2 weeks and the time can't go by fast enough! Well, after the hurricane Irene I do have alot of things to clean up and keep me busy on top of work so it should go reasonable fast!!
