Whoever lined up those chair legs is a man or woman after my own heart. I want to make the whole world symmetrical! That's why I couldn't have another child. That would have made a family of 5 — asymmetrical seating in a restaurant booth! I just can't have that, so I would have had to have another baby to even it all out!

I don't think of it as being OCD. I think of it as being rational. I'm pretty sure people who aren't bothered by asymmetry are the ones in need of medication.

As my mom and uncle (siblings) both say: "A place for everything, and everything in its place."

I, however, did not get the neatnik gene. I have gloatworthy organizational skills in terms of work , but somehow that's never carried over to my room at home in particular. My problem is I'm a packrat and save almost everything. Therefore, I have no room to put anything. I need the people from Mission Organization or a similar show to assist me, I think.

Yup, that's where I've been today. Yet again Johnson won the championship. Congrats to any of you who may be fans of his.

But for myself, I must say... I loathe that guy as a driver. And I have major issues with Rick "mail fraud" Hendrick. I've more or less stopped watching the races the last 2 years because it's been all JJ, all the time. Blah. I think the only race I watched from start to finish this year was the Daytona 500.

I like Carl. He's done his share of stupid things, but I don't think he deserves the rap some people peg him with. I've talked with many people who've met him, and they all rave about how nice he was. Cannot say the same for some other drivers, namely one from my own state *coughcough ElliottSadler coughcough*, who have developed a bit of a "jerk" reputation to some of their fans. Being where I am, I hear all kinds of *lovely* stuff about his behavior. None of it good. And driving wise, ES is a walking disaster more often than not. I have yet to figure out why his rear end hasn't been fired from GEMS.

First race I ever went to in person was the Richmond Busch race in May 2005. Carl won and did his backflip. Great post-race entertainment, even for those who don't like him.

Should I buy the Palin 2012 bumper sticker?

I've already decided I will leave my McCain-Palin bumper sticker on my car until the primaries. Hey, if I had to look at Kerry-Edwards stickers for 4 years, they can deal with it!

Me too!! I can't throw things away. I can give them away. It never fails...as soon as I get rid of something...I need it!!
