That's a good question. Do they/did they ever sell a soundtrack to this? Unrelated, but do you enjoy staying there? I visited in 2005, and didn't really like it. But I remain intrigued just because of the animals. So I'm always waffling on whether or not I'd like to stay there some day.

And I think all of us who never heard of that website until wonderlanne mentioned it and linked it owe her a Mickey ice cream bar or something like that, stat.

Perhaps they did!! And the playlist is now in my iTunes so I don't have to get online to listen.... HECK YES!!!!!!

Ughhhh.... how can you lose 25 pages of notes for a class?? I just had all my notes for Western Civ I printed and on my dresser and now I've flippin' lost them.... I'm thinking I might've gathered them up with some garbage and thrown them out. So back to the computer lab tomorrow morning to print ANOTHER copy.....

Might I ask what your sources are for the other songs you've gotten?? I'm always on the lookout for WDW songs. This Soarin' channel brings back soooo many memories of soooo many long waits in line to ride.... first time, my father and I waited for 2.5 HOURS to ride and I never have regretted that (made my mom mad, but she hates waiting for anything). I'd stand in line all day for a ride on Soarin'.

subsonic has all the akl tracks. i don't think you can burn from this site though...just a radio station.

My default music players are iTunes and WMP (Windows Media Player) so I opened the Subsonic radio station in WMP format and it added the stream to my iTunes library.

Oh myyyy.... the audio of the ride has started...... *feels tears of joy spring to her eyes* 41 MORE DAYS TILL I RIDE SOARIN' AGAIN!!!!!

I wish I could help. My actual IT knowledge is so limited, even though I can figure out most things -eventually. When I hit a roadblock I generally just fiddle with my settings until I hit the right combination. I'm sure somebody here can help figure out the shortcut you need.

Debbie and blestmom and others: Did y'all figure out how to get Subsonicradio working yet? I'll try to give walk-through instructions if you still need them.

It's the neat radio website wonderlanne told us about the other day that has literally hundreds of hours worth of Disney theme park and resort music. They have set feeds of types of musics, or a request line. If you register, you get so many points which you use to request songs. The points regenerate every 24 hours; you get more points by posting there. You need that to be able to request the really long tracks. You don't have to join to listen though.

It's very exciting. Everytime I've been online since she told us about it, I have it playing. It's like I'm back in WDW!

I'm still playing around with it...someone else from here helped walk me through it. I still need to figure out the whole request thing, etc.

I agree. I hate his policies, but I don't hate him. I seriously dislike him, but I don't hate him. I know there's a lot of debate about the "He's not my President" idea. The way I look at it is, he's not yet because the President is still President Bush. But when he is sworn in, unfortunately he will be my President. I won't like it, but I can't make myself say he's not my President. Namely because I always wanted to smack people I knew upside the head when they said it about Bush, and I'm not much into hypocrisy. I yelled at my TV when Obama said it during one of the debates too... "John, your President blah blah blah." I was miffed at McCain for not saying "Excuse me, he is your President too." Just because Obama and Bush haters act like children doesn't mean I'm going to.

My friends' son killed himself this morning. He just turned 18. We just came home from their house. It's been a really really sad day. Please say a prayer for the Bailey family in the loss of their son and brother. His little sister is my DD's friend. He cheered competitively with Ashley one year, and his sister did for three years and they were friends. I want to comfort them the best I can, but I know there is not a lot I can do but be there and listen and pray. I'm worried about her after everyone leaves.

I am so sorry. I will keep the family in my prayers. My two oldest DS are 19 and 17. It is a tough age, especially in today's world.

I tried all the speeds and kept getting the same response - wmp popping up then popping out. I'd try to 'catch' the play button then poof!

- what version of windows are you using if on pc?

Oh no. I'm so horribly sorry for your friend and her family, and for her son that he didn't see that things always get better. Bless you for being there for her to listen and just sit with her. Sometimes that's the best thing you can do for someone, is just not walk away because you don't know what to say. Prayers for the family.
