Max: Max checked her watch. 6:30. Perhaps she could go eat and get away. "I'm going to dinner," she announced, and went towards the elevator. She hit the down button.

Amelia: Amelia didn't want to follow right behind Max, so she decided to wait until after Max went on the elevator and take the next one.

Max: The elevator door opened, and Max stepped inside.

Amelia: Amelia glanced at Margo. "I was, uh, in the woods," she said in her quiet way. Amelia then glanced at the clock. It was around 6:30. Amelia couldn't remember exactly when dinner was, but she thought it should be soon. She would wait until Max or Margo said something, though.

Margo: "I think I'll go to dinner, too. Wanna come with?" Margo stood up. "How did you like the woods? I went earlier and it was lovely."

Amelia: "Uh... yeah," Amelia replied to Margo, standing with her. "The forest was, um, interesting. Nate passed out. I think he's okay, though." Amelia couldn't believe she was saying this much. She felt like she had said more here in these two days than she had in the past year. She still felt extremely awkward, but she felt like she was making progress, at least.

Professor Collins: She smiled and got up. She srtudied him for a moment. She didn't need to be a telepath to know he was exhausted. "You know what, why don't you just go have a nap for now? At least a couple hours. Then, if you're hungry later, you can always go eat something then, even if you break curfew."

Nate: Nate smiled weakly. "Thank you, professor. I think I'll stay here for now. I'll go to my room later, once I regain some strength, if that's ok." Nate lay back down on the bed and closed his eyes, glad he didn't have to go to dinner.

Daniel: Daniel shrugged. "I don't know. I hope he's okay. While it could be nice to see him, where would we find him?" He checked his watch, and saw it was six thirty. "It's six thirty. I think we should eat, and then maybe you can ask Professor Collins about your parents."

River: "that sounds good" she said but she wasn't sure if she would have much of an appetite. She couldn't explain why, but the idea of finally learning about her parents after all these years made her really nervous.

Amelia: "Uh... yeah," Amelia replied to Margo, standing with her. "The forest was, um, interesting. Nate passed out. I think he's okay, though." Amelia couldn't believe she was saying this much. Max: Max's eyes widened. She was about to ask what happened when the elevator doors closed and the elevator began descending to the ground floor.

Nate: Nate smiled weakly. "Thank you, professor. I think I'll stay here for now. I'll go to my room later, once I regain some strength, if that's ok." Nate lay back down on the bed and closed his eyes, glad he didn't have to go to dinner.

Professor Collins: The professor nodded. "Then I'll see you later." She closed the door and left the room, heading towards the first floor.

River: "that sounds good" she said but she wasn't sure if she would have much of an appetite. She couldn't explain why, but the idea of finally learning about her parents after all these years made her really nervous.

Daniel: Daniel smiled, grabbed her hand again, and walked off with River towards the kitchen. He was glad they were together, though he had no idea how he was going to tell his family he got a girlfriend on the first day of classes. He certainly wouldn't tell either of his brothers, they'd insist on videochatting with him immediately and both pester him with questions and tease him. Who knew what his father would say, he and his father weren't really close. His mother, well, she'd have a million reactions.

Margo hoped she wasn't overwhelming Amelia with so many questions, but she had some interesting news.

Nate: Nate closed his eyes, and almost instantly fell asleep on the top of the infirmary bed. So much for training himself to be able to only need sleep for ten minutes a day, like a giraffe.

River: River walked with Daniel until they made it to the kitchen. She gave him one last smile before they went in because she knew their time alone was about to be over. "hey Daniel, you're amazing" she said, she wasn't sure why she said it. But it was the best she could come up with, she just wanted to let him know.

Daniel: Daniel grinned back at her. He whispered in her ear, "You are too." Then, not knowing if there was anyone watching, he kissed her on the cheek and started to go into the kitchen.

River: "thanks" she said glad he didn't seem to think her comment was overly strange. She was glad to be kissed on the cheek, and they made their way into the kitchen. She wasn't sure how she was supposed to act around Daniel with others watching.

Margo: Margo followed Amelia into the elevator, saying "I hope Professor Collins gives us the news during dinner." Margo then pushed the ground floor button and leaned against the wall, breathing slowly. She wished she had taken the stairs. Elevators alway made Margo uncomfortable, being that she was a bit claustrophobic.
