I just read about this in the Unofficial Guide to WDW and started laughing.
Apparently this maneuver was named in honor of a family from Kentucky whose son was named Bubba. This is how it works...
1. Mom and 'little Bubba' enter the line for a ride.
2. Dad lets a specific number of people go in front of him and then he gets in line
3. As soon as the ride stops, Mom gets off the ride and passes Bubba to Dad to the ride the same ride a second time with no waiting.
4. Lather, rinse and repeat with Mom getting back in line again if deemed necessary.
This only works with only certain rides that have a fixed number of seats per ride (ie... 24 for Dumbo). Also works with the Carousel (75), Aladdin (48), Tea cups (53), Peter Pan (64) and Snow White (52).
Anyone ever attempt this? It's like a Turbo Child swap.
