The Child Loungefly backpack on property??

Does anyone know if they sell this Loungefly backpack on property? The last i heard they were postponing it, then when i did a search this morning it looks like they sold out in an hour on the site and there isn't an option to pre order or buy.

I saw it on a website called sideshow collectibles, it was for pre order, but I'm not familiar with this site and don't want to spend $80 if it's not legit.

I'm hoping i can either buy it when we're there in September or if the sideshow site is legit, I'll just pre order it from them

Just got back on Monday from 2 weeks and WDW and did not see this anywhere. Was at all 4 parks and DS.
