Hey! DH says you are welcome to have the swing. I have a bassinet also, if you're interested. It might fit two for the first few weeks, I don't know. I remember the baby looked so utterly tiny in it at first! The bassinet is on a base with wheels, so you can wheel it around the house as you move room to room. Kinda handy. Also the bassinet part comes off the base, if you want to take it to Grandma's or whatever.

Who is DJ? and great! Ill take the swing! We have a brand new bassinet that we bought for Mikalah and never used.... Hubby INSISTS we will use it this time!:lmao: But thank you VERY much! :cool1: woohoo!! Baby stuff!!

Dang, I keep putting my right hand on the wrong keys after using the mouse. It is too freakin' dark today!!! Dang cloudy weather.

See? That didn't take long at all, did it? :lmao:

:lmao: :lmao: You fixed that FAST!!

It is dark today.. I actually put Alex in jeans for the first time this year.

I know, both boys wore pants today, too. It said 72 or 74 on accuweather.com, but you sure couldn't tell by looking outside! I'm still skeptical, though I haven't been out in awhile, it might have warmed up some.

Yeah... it was chilly this morning, and my computer says 58 right now.

DS8's school is having their open house/meet the teacher night. They told us this the first week of school.

DS4's preschool is having their open house/meet the teachers night this week also... tonight... at the same time.

DH really wants to go, especially to meet/talk with DS8's teacher, after all our fuss at the beginning of the school year. I said, "Well, we can't be in two places at once, or three, somebody's gotta watch the kids."

Turns out DS8's school is offering free childcare, even for young siblings! So I signed both boys up for that, and told DH I'd check with DS4's preschool teacher to see if what she's presenting is the same as last year. If it is, I'll plan to attend DS8's teacher's presentation along with DH.

DS4's teacher said yes, it's basically the same as last year, go ahead and skip it. COOL! This is working out perfectly!

I told DH we'd be able to attend together, and he was all happy. :goodvibes

I told the kids they would get to go see a movie with other kids from DS8's school, and they were so excited! :yay:

DH called today and said he might have to work late tonight. :headache:

OY. Isnt that always how it goes??
What's a "full size"? I thought they were basically the size of a bassinet. Bigger than that?

Yup.. its bigger. and holds up to 500lbs. Here it is next to a bed. That will definitely hold them both for a while.

Did you read that??? "Enhances mother's recovery from c-section."

My butt it does! Have you ever tried to lift anything from a reclining position? BIG MISTAKE, especially with a c-section wound! :sad2:
(Yes, I did this.) :lmao:

But once you're all healed up it's good. :)

:lmao: HOPEFULLY... I wont have to have a C-Section..HOPEFULLY. I SO hope. Hubby is dead set on a co sleeper... He wants me to have easy access when he wont be there.

Excursionater? :rotfl2:

You need to give that beautiful girl a prettier name than that. Like Desiree... :lmao:

Actually her name is Bea. Short for Behemouth! Speaking of which...I don't have a name for the new car yet. Gotta think of one.

Hey, it's got a cupholder! I always wanted one with a cupholder! :thumbsup2

I was going to say you can get a cupholder for about $3 to go on a cheap stroller. But I guess I had my babies a few years ago...they're $6 now!:lmao:

I've been sensing that my new car is a boy. I don't know why, but he just seems like a male to me. :confused3

What?? He can't get a sheet of plywood to put between the mattress and box springs, leave about 4 feet hanging out on one side and nail a couple of dresser drawer's to them? Sheesh, how does he think the pioneer's managed?:lmao:

I had a c-section with DD. I can remember having a hard time the first couple of weeks. Then for several months I had a case of Pepsi that I used as a step stool to get her out of her crib. My tummy muscles were so sore I couldn't reach over and pick her up.

Megan, have you checked out your local Craigslist? They always have lots of baby equipment bargains on there.
