I finially found Wobblers today at Walmart. The cereal was $2.87 and I told DD to get some Rice Krispies.....5 minutes later I said grab a box and come on she said they've all been opened! Sure enough 6 boxes were opened, Wobbler removed and closed with the flap! I would not have been happy if I bought one, I'm one to just grab and toss it in the cart so I'm glad she noticed! I just had to post this, although we laughed at the time, it really wasn't funny. I just can't believe what some people will do.

Yep - It is amazing, although likely that the removal was done by kids - who should be watched more carefully (and probably raised more carefully too). I wondered why the cereal "treats" were no longer inside the cereal bags

It is probably much simpler from a cleanliness standpoint to have them outside. Then there would probably be no health requirements.

This happened to us too! DS popped one in the cart, and then we saw it was open....no Wobblers. Grrr!!!

And by the way...I have two Wobblers now...both of them are Pumba!! :earseek: Oh...the irony....

That's awful, my kids would be so upset if I got home with an already opened box and no treat!

I honestly read the threads about the wobblers before and thought, what's the big deal? But my kids wanted Frosted Flakes and they were on sale, plus I had a coupon so how could I say no? We got Snow White and the kids love it, I can't believe they actually paid it as much attention as they did! It's really cute.

I got one home and no wobbler either. called Kellogs and they are sending one out though!

funny but not...I just contacted kellogs to about a box that had NO wobbler in it but was not opened.
Sad people out there geez buy the ceral like the rest of us. My kids are tired of frosted flakes and footloops too but we wnat the wobblers!
Ps cheez it's I think it was has a offer for three wobbler set for 1.99 I saw on the snack size boxes!

I got a form for the 3 wobbler set at Walmart, it was a tear off thing posted with the cereal. I already have Donald and what DD really wants is a Dalmation..........she's crazy about them and they aren't part of the 3 sets.

I must be out of the loop since I don't have kids living with me anymore but what is a wobbler? :rotfl:

I have college aged kids, but my DH eats a lot of cereal. We got a Mickey one in a box of something (not sure which cereal). Didn't know about them, but it's sitting in my kitchen now. My 19 year old treats it like a punching bag and knocks it around whenever he sees it. He loved Mickey when we was 3, oh well, those days are past.

:goodvibes Just an FYI....the first words my brothers learned to read were " Free Inside".....thanks for a blast from the past.........

Dollars to donuts, they were removed by adults.

That's what I thought. I don't think a kid would take the time to close the box after opening it.

ITA! I am amazed at what people will do. When formula had a points program with their UPCs I would find cans with the UPC cut off. Amazing! The same with the diaper point programs. And people wonder why those things stopped. :(

I had this problem with a box of Apple Jacks, but the box was not open. So I opened the bag up and there it was. I am not sure if it makes a difference but the apple jacks was in a foil bag. The other ceral I got for the woberlers was frosted flakes and the woberler was setting right on top, but this was a clear plastic bag.

I noticed many boxes open at Walmart this week. I rarely shop there but had to stop for erasable colored pencils that the other stores were out of. Figured as long as I was suffering through having to be there I might as well get some cereal in big boxes for a good price. We got the Ursula in our apple jacks, but there was not one in the frosted flakes.
