I was just doing my usual round of NPC's and the:

Dragon told me: I know who you're looking for, but he's not here. Even if I could fly, I still couldn't fly where he's hiding.

The pirate said: Ye should be thinkin' of a place with treasure that rhymes with knave. That's where your friend be a hidin'.

Ned said: I've heard the Yeti's hiding out in a place where I wouldn't have to freeze my head off!

Esmeralda said: The master you seek is in a dark, dark place, surrounded by falling water and jeweled colors.

Phineas said: I saw someone large, white and hairy last night. Maybe it was your friend, or maybe our one thousandth spirit.

Ezra said: Now I remember! He was white with fear, but I said something about lots of colors in the rocks at Joe's place.

Also, how do I submit my son's answer (age 8) - since it requires a parent to submit the answer, do I log in under his account to do it or use my own account (which means I'm entering twice now under my account - one for him and one for me) - will that disqualify me?

I have yet to see the yeti go by in the train or his yellow eyes. I don't think VMK intended on giving us any clue in the cave to make us believe it for sure. It was the clues that totally gave it away. But yea, I believe the runaway engine does not have the yeti on it even though he is hiding in there.

from all that I have read, I think it could be either Injun Joe's Cave or Discovery Island.

Thanks for pointing to it (I couldn't get a good screen for the longest time). Here's mine:
Some people are saying that it's just the enginge, but it has arms. Engines do't have arms. The most notible feature is the "glow". In the screenshot it's hard to see, but when it's moving it is so much easier.

it looks like the "big object" was not exactly at the front so I wouldent say it was the engine.. to me.. even though it was hard to see.. it looked like it was in the second or thrid seat.. more or less.
